Police are asking the public to keep their eyes out for a missing man with "dementia-like" symptoms.

Rocky Pettis, 64, walked away from the Aspen Care Center sometime after 8:30 Monday morning. There are concerns for his well-being, as he suffers from various health issues that require medication.

Pettis is described as a thin 5-foot-5 white male who may be wearing a bluish-gray flannel jacket over a light-colored shirt, blue jeans and white shoes. Aspen Care Center is located on 1795 Monterey Road.

Anyone with information on Pettis' whereabouts is asked to call 719-444-7000 or Crime Stoppers at 719-634-STOP
