I cannot and I never will get over him dumping his little girls in crude oil. Anyone who can think that that is reasonable needs to think again.
Yes, we have heard it all. He panicked and thought that dumping his children in dirty , dark oil was just a reasonable reaction to finding his children dead
Nope

So it looks like they pd $400,000 for this house CW has loan in his name alone but both names on title. So some equity IMO to borrow some if you look at assessment but not a lot. You can scroll on tabs for different info and assess value
Property Report
And they just pd their taxes ! Almost $3000 in June so I think the HOA fines are something they were charged a fine for and protesting . IMO Login

did you notice that when the interviewer asks - did you see her get in at 2am
he immediately replies" no"then checks himself fast and says "yes ,I saw her when she got in but it was really quick just because it was 2am in the morning..I saw the kids in the monitors before I left ."

hence imo him previously pretending to be asleep when she returns, strangling in her sleep later.
It is most telling that he skips from 2 a.m. to "before I left" with no explanation (at that point) about the IN BETWEEN.

The friend didn't 'need' a good reason, she 'had' a good reason.

There's a difference.

Yes! I'm very shocked by the members that are implying that her friend did anything wrong. It seems they are disappointed she was discovered missing so early. Why is that not a good thing, no matter what happened? So weird.

Oh, right. So he could go back and hide the evidence of his four murders and then get away with it? <modsnip> Her getting involved doesn’t change what he did. NU isn’t on trial here.

I just thinks it’s possible she didn’t have a good reason to call police so she made some up. IMO it just seems like Ahhh SW didn’t check in on me this morning, I need to talk Thrive, she’s not answering! I need to get the cops involved or sales are going to drop! IMO

I think a high probability of a woman with a high-risk pregnancy being physically unresponsive in a locked house in charge of two children is a very good reason to call for a welfare check.

The low blood sugar incident the day before is an extra reason, but I can't see why anyone would feel a 'need' to make it up as there's already good reason to do a wellness check.

It's been explained many times in the threads that there was genuine reason for concern.

Whether N went there to talk Thrive or to just have a coffee with a friend, or use the loo, there were genuine reasons to call for a wellness check, as the circumstances made it appear there was a high probability that a woman with a high-risk pregnancy may be unconscious (not asleep) inside with two young children.

Casting aspersions onto N with that final sentence...totally unnecessary.

Well, there are a lot of women who prefer that type of career in order to stay home with their children. If her career choice was an issue for CW and he loved her and wanted their marriage to work, why not work on it instead of annihilating his family? And as far as long term, "had she not been murdered," would her lupus and fibromyalgia have gone away after giving birth to Nico?
I’m going on the assumption that Thrive is a pyramid scheme, so please correct me if I’m wrong. I’m not saying her career choice was an issue for C.W., I’m saying it wasn’t bringing any money in. I’m not in any way justifying what Chris did, only trying to point out they were in deep financial trouble, and I think it made him feel like a loser as a man. I haven’t actually given much thought to her health issues. She seems pretty active in all the videos, and I haven’t seen much written about it. I don’t know.

I believe SW was supposed to be home around 10pm?
I think they were dead by then. He must have been livid when her flight was delayed.

Moo

He would have known three hours prior to her ORIGINAL arrival that she was going to be late, is that correct?

I can’t move past that it wasn’t her place to get involved.

Calling for assistance for someone when there's good reason to believe they could be in need of medical assistance is not anything like 'getting involved'.

It doesn't matter if you're the friend, a postman, a neighbor, if you have reason to suspect someone is in the home unconscious, even if they didn't have young children, that is a good and valid reason to call LE for a wellness check. It doesn't equate to 'getting involved' or 'snooping' or any other negative terms you have used.

I think so, too. There’s no doubt in my mind about that. She wanted the best for all of them and tried her best, but sometimes in caring for people you might do things for them that they don’t necessarily want.

In that case, all CW would have to do is ignore the prepared, frozen, convenient meals that Shanann had ready for him. Maybe he could then cook his own food or call for delivery or, heck, even take his mistress out to eat. Problem solved.

Exactly. More people should be involved, not less.

I am a little skeptical about that hairdresser knowing so much about their plans. Wasn't the whole family there? And SW started talking about being unhappy in marriage? Something is weird there, but maybe it was the family hairdresser who they had been talking with for years.
Lol! Have you never been in a southern hair salon? Watch Steel Magnolias!

You are correct. Thrive aka Le-Vel is 100% pyramid scheme MLM. No different from any of the others.

Back to the dogs, someone several pages back said Chris asked if he needed to sign anything. I bet he knew right there that they had probable cause and didn't need his signature. It would be funny if they put a search and rescue jacket on a cadaver dog to throw him off. Or did they come with dogs on different days?
I don't have the answer to your question, but you have caused me to wonder where his truck was when they were doing the K-9 searches. I don't remember seeing it in the videos, but may have missed it. Was it parked down the street where it was eventually towed from? Anybody know?

How do you know she wasn't bringing in any money? How much money would she bring in getting a clerical job at some insurance company and paying for a full time babysitter, and transportation costs? Seems like she was working as hard as any gal can given her pregnancy, the lupus, having 2 small kids, and her husband to take care of. And house.

Usually the mortgage co escrows every month and then pays the taxes from your account twice a year.

She needed a good reason for police to go to the house other and she isn’t answering the phone. Is it possible she fibbed about SW
passing out and dr appointment to make it seem more urgent?
A pregnant woman not feeling well the night before and her car still in the garage is all the urgency needed. LE did come, so did CW, they walked through the house. LE then returned the next day and that's when it got serious because CW couldn't produce SW or the children.

I hope that proof comes out that she wasn’t just fibbing to get police in that house! ImO

Why would you hope that?

Why would she need to fib when there were so many good reasons to request a wellness check?

Other than your outlandish allegation that maybe N was more concerned about sales than the health of her friend... there's nothing to fib about.

The LE report confirms that there were good reasons to call for that wellness check.
