And making 5 weeks of meals isn't something you would do if you were having effectively a trial separation by going away all of July (as we wondered about) or planning to have one on your return.

Would anyone here do 5 weeks frozen portions if they also suspected an affair?
This is my first time responding....but I couldn’t resist.. If I suspected my husband was having an affair, I would not be preparing meals for him...and if I did, they would be loaded with a special treat—like some laxatives.

He would have known three hours prior to her ORIGINAL arrival that she was going to be late, is that correct?
I actually don't know, but that's a good point.

3 hours before would be about the time the neighbor saw him grilling.

And they just pd their taxes ! Almost $3000 in June so I think the HOA fines are something they were charged a fine for and protesting . IMO Login
Their taxes are escrowed. See "Payor"on the receipt. It says Chase.

Lol! Have you never been in a southern hair salon? Watch Steel Magnolias!
So I don't have enough gumption to go back and look for the link on this beautiful Saturday...but didn't they all go to the beauty shop together that day, the whole family? I still think it's unlikely that SW started talking to the hairdresser, friends that they may very well be, about leaving her husband while he was right there. Anyway I'll have to watch that movie.

I keep thinking that too, N probably knows when she let CW know since she was traveling with her. I'm not sure when CW normally goes to bed, if it was my husband and it was already late, I would just send a text. The flight from AZ is probably very short.

Yes! I'm very shocked by the members that are implying that her friend did anything wrong. It seems they are disappointed she was discovered missing so early. Why is that not a good thing, no matter what happened? So weird.
Grasping at straws for some kind of defense, perhaps? It's kind of screaming desperation to me.

Is this the oil tank that one of the girls was submersed into? If so that was a steep climb for CW to do twice.

This reminds me. Last night as I was falling asleep I was thinking about CW’s long drive to the oil tanks with 3 dead bodies in his car, his own family members. What was he thinking during this drive? It must have been surreal having all their dead bodies in the car, remembering previous trips of all them together in the car when they were alive.

I feel that Shanann really BELIEVED her life was what she posted on Social Media. Not some fantasy. Personally, I see nothing wrong with that life. (never having been involved in MLM) I mean, my goodness, you have to have goals in life.

There's nothing wrong with a vibrant, beautiful, loving wife & Mother wanting better for her family. Isn't that what we all want?

I GET what everyone is saying about the stress of MLM. Is it really that much more stressful and demanding than you're regular 9 - 5? A waitresses gruelling shift work? A factory worker? An auto mechanic?
A job is a job. Most of them suck the life out of you. Working shifts from 11am til 8pm (did for years), never seeming to get ahead financially.

I applaud Shanann. I praise Shanann. It's not a bad thing to post how positive your life is on Social Media. Many here think it was all for MLM. Look at people's Facebook's, Instagram, they aren't all into MLM, but you see multitudes of happy families. Families struggling financially can still have healthy, loving relationships.

I guess I'm just frustrated at posters saying that Shanann was posting about a 'fake' life. I truly think Shanann lived that life and worked hard for it. It was for the whole family. The. Whole. Family.

How could she know that CW at some point decided to wipe out the family? Deceitful, mimicking, personalities hide in plane view & that to me is terrifying!

How many of us have been fooled by a cheating spouse? (hand up, here) Shanann had just begun feeling that CW might be having an affair. A pregnant Mom of 2. She was still 'living that life' up until the moment she became suspicious about the infidelity. Her husband, the father of her children decided he wanted a change.
This was all premeditated (IMO) Her flight delay might have changed his initial plan, but it seems he must've had a plan B.

I'll say it again, Do you know how many men would give their left nut to have a wife like Shanann??
I believe this too. I can't figure out why everyone thinks she is so horrible because of her posts on SM, acting like she was living a fantasy. Everyone hides some aspects of their lives. No one is 100 percent honest in their social media posts. I wish I was as positive as she was.

Why would you hope that?

Why would she need to fib when there were so many good reasons to request a wellness check?

Other than your outlandish allegation that maybe N was more concerned about sales than the health of her friend... there's nothing to fib about.

The LE report confirms that there were good reasons to call for that wellness check.
Hoping the proof is something that implicates SW in her own murder. Maybe hoping it comes out SW had threatened the children? Hope of anything that proves CW's ridiculous lies are true. As if such a thing exists.

Yes. Might as well start blaming LE for their audacity to perform a well check. Should have been left for CW to handle! (Sarcasm)

I'm new to this forum and have tried to catch up on everything that is being said. My brother questioned NA's reaction the same as you all are and I'll clarify for you as well. Shanann stayed in contact with her team religiously, she had a planner in which she scheduled out her entire day with phone calls, training, conferences etc. Those on her team that were seriously in it to hit ranks stayed in constant contact ALL THE TIME. We become like family and NA was one of the closest to Shan and one of her best promotors. They were always in contact. What CW said in his interview about her talking to her people more consistently was accurate. As far as plane tickets, for the company trips (vacations) and whatnot, those got paid for by the company because of her rank. Yes CW had his car bonus as well as her. This is from someone who knew her and very much adored her. Just trying to clear up some quick things I caught but I have not read through all 48 pages
Welcome and thank you for being here. It must be hard for her friends.

I always like to look at all theories concerning a case but reading these threads has been uncomfortable at times. It is not even the fact of some posters having a different opinion and thinking SW killed her kids. It is the fact that I feel like some who are playing devils advocate are purposely trying to get a rise out of posters.
Logically to me, I cannot understand how anyone would believe someone who could lie to the amount of things that CW has. If my husband told lies to me it would take me a long long time to believe anything he said in the future.

It's a good thing she didn't wait for CW to get home from work. When would he have got home, 4 to 6pm that evening?

That would be a long time for someone to be left alone without medical attention when there was good reason to fear that a woman with a high-risk pregnancy, in charge of two small children, might be lying in a locked home unconscious.

Anyone who'd turned up at the home for any reason would have been in the right to make that call for a wellness check. I cannot think of one good reason why anyone would cast aspersions on the character of someone who would do the right thing by someone who was at high risk of a medical emergency.

I agree 100%. Feels almost like we slipped into 'bizzarro' world or another dimension.

I’m going on the assumption that Thrive is a pyramid scheme, so please correct me if I’m wrong. I’m not saying her career choice was an issue for C.W., I’m saying it wasn’t bringing any money in. I’m not in any way justifying what Chris did, only trying to point out they were in deep financial trouble, and I think it made him feel like a loser as a man. I haven’t actually given much thought to her health issues. She seems pretty active in all the videos, and I haven’t seen much written about it. I don’t know.

Pyramid scheme, yes. Whether it was bringing money in, I'm sure it was. Was it enough? Probably not. Deep financial trouble? Possibly. CW felt like a loser? I hope so. IMO, that's exactly what he is.

I can’t move past that it wasn’t her place to get involved.

It’s always a friend’s option to get involved. They obviously were very close and spent a lot of time together. She clearly was more worried about her welfare than CW was. I have many friends that would do the same for me? You don’t?

He was thinking of how long he has to wait to put his house on the market.

He obviously wasn't going to report his family missing so it's a good thing she had such a good friend. Out this whole case, this is what you can't get past?

Their monthly mortgage payment likely has an escrow account payment that pays out twice a year to the homeowners insurance and property taxes. HOA bills are usually a separate payment paid annually by the homeowner directly to the HOA management company.
