The friend being so right on top of this makes me think she suspected something sinister.
CW's cockamamie story that Shanann was on a playdate didn't make sense to NUA since the car and the children's car seats were in the garage. CW doesn't do well off-the-cuff. Actually, he doesn't do well when he has rehearsed either. Terrible actor. His lies are ridiculously obvious.

You should definitely be posting more then
No one has picked that detail up - over 11 threads.

Did he do the interviews on the Wednesday? because he says in interviews that day that he slept in the house Monday night and it was traumatic like a ghost town and then stayed with his friends Tuesday night so Im presuming these interviews were done wednesday so he could be referring to the earth shattering few days (3 days).

I’m sure he hopes you’re on the jury.
Too funny. She flipped because he says hes leaving with the kids so he stuffs his beloved kids, who he wanted to leave with per dadvocate, into vats of crude oil without knowing if they are dead or alive.

sorry Ive just read this - Chris’ arrest Wednesday night, and the discovery Thursday of his three alleged victims, has re-cast his Tuesday interviews...

so yeah referring to earth shattering few days on the tues does seem odd if only talking about the day before!

From the link:

"Reasonable doubt means a doubt based upon reason and common sense which arises from a fair and rational consideration of all of the evidence, or the lack of evidence, in the case. It is a doubt which is not a vague, speculative or imaginary doubt, but such a doubt as would cause reasonable people to hesitate to act in matters of importance to themselves."
For the heck of it, I looked up the same in the "N.C. Pattern Jury Instructions for Criminal Cases," which, of course is entirely irrelevant to the Colorado instructions, but I just wanted to see how closely they were written. It's essentially the same, just worded a bit differently. Here is the NC instruction which has nothing to do with what the Colorado jury will hear:
------------------------ North Carolina -------------------------------------------------------------
A reasonable doubt is a doubt based on reason and common sense, arising out of
some or all of the evidence that has been presented, or lack or insufficiency of the evidence, as the case may be. Proof beyond a reasonable doubt is proof that fully satisfies or entirely convinces you of the defendant's guilt.

How do you know she is cooperating? Why do you think she would? Is she innocent or guilty of something?

Oh gosh, it was all as IMHO. I know nothing.

My assumption is she is not as he is, I think perhaps she did have an affair but I do not think she is a killer who would plan something with him. I have no substantive evidence to this fact, but I just can't believe that two people that are professionals would do such. In concert.

I'm only using my experience in my life and what I know that anybody in her position should absolutely positively have a lawyer before she speaks to law enforcement. It's only The Prudent thing to do no matter what position she is in. Even more so if she is an innocent person who had an affair with somebody in this position. IMHO!

I don't know, or even consider, that she is guilty of anything, but I would presume her absolutely innocent of anything other than potentially having an affair at this time period.

The more this goes on the more I feel like he said I’m leaving and I’m taking the kids and she flipped and made sure he wasn’t going to take them and then he flipped on her. So sad.

No way. She would know darn well that he had no legal way to take the kids. She would get primary custody because she is the one who had been staying home and caring for them. There is no way she would have 'flipped' and strangled them, just because of a hollow threat.

If you think about it, it is more likely she said she was going and taking the kids. He even said as much. He said she told him she was taking the kids to a friends house. Kernel of truth in every lie told...

It is more likely they had an 'emotional conversation' and she said go ahead, go get with your new girlfriend, I'm taking the kids to NC and good luck , good riddance---and he is probably the one who 'flipped out' and decided to teach her a painful, horrible lesson.

You don’t really believe this, do you? On absolutely zero evidence? You think SW was such a bad mother CW would be granted full custody of the children? You think SW would allow that to happen? You think everybody who knew them, who vouches for SW’s character, except C.W., is lying? You ignore every comment here that logically disproves you. I think you’re effin’ with us, and this is how you get your kicks. Stirring everybody up. Right, Devil’s Advocate?

Can’t figure out why she didn’t take his word for it. Had he lied to her before?

The "so sad" tells you...nope.

Possibly on SW part. IMO

Wait....you think SW's best friend, 'suspected something sinister' about ShanAnn? Really? Is there anying she has said in her many interviews, that would corroborate that?

I think it's interesting that she is accused of "wearing the pants" in her relationship, and simultaneously being accused of being capable of "killing her kids in spite" because she didn't want her husband to leave.

That makes no sense.

As someone who many would say "wears the pants" in my marriage, it wasn't me when my husband and I separated for a short while that was worried about him leaving. It was him worrying I'd meet someone before we figured everything out. It was him worrying what he would do without me. How would he handle the kids when it was his turn without me around? I never worried about that. You know why? Because I was used to being the one to run the household. I handled the finances, and 85% of the time, I was the one dealing with/taking care of the children. There were years that my husband worked so much and went to school full-time that it almost felt like I was a single parent. I lived that. It didn't terrify me. Especially not to the point that I would've done anything to keep him. He busted his butt to work on things. He did whatever he could to make the marriage work. A bit more so than I did.

That's why I can never buy that she would be so distraught over losing her husband. We have a verified friend on this forum that is confirming that SW ran the household and did the cooking, cleaning, and childcare. She may have loved him, but it sounds like she knew how to handle things on her own. She didn't NEED him. Maybe that's what incensed him the most.

Grinning from ear to ear.
Looks as though he is enjoying the attention. I suppose talking to the media was more enjoyable for him than talking to LE.
Did anyone notice at times during the media interview his lips would curl as though he found contempt about the subject? IMO
