I think it’s safe to say cadaver dogs hit in the house since LE states they were killed in the home

Well, yes. But I said I hope they hit specifically in her bedroom. Based on his story there would be exactly zero reason for them to hit there because they were all killed in the kids’ rooms.

I’m thinking he would have hanged himself with those sheets.
do u think he could tie a good knot in the sheet if he is asleep?

I’m not following about the eyes. What did you notice?
In one of the videos by SW (she is wearing a lilac t-shirt and it's a long video) she keeps shifting her eyes in the direction of Chris while he is sitting on the floor playing with the children.
She seems nervous about whatever is happening with Chris and the children. IMO

You just keep making up theories out of thin air when there's been no evidence presented to indicate such a theory is on the table, and then in the same breath accuse members of jumping to conclusions. Despite their conclusions being based on real evidence, and yours on imagination and a witness already proven to lie, and who has every motive to keep lying now.

Some of the most depraved killers in our society have "fans" who write them letters in prison. It's not unreasonable to assume such people also have access to the Internet and can make a profile on any site like this.

Even if you did believe CW, under the law he has still committed a crime - premeditated murder of SW and the interference of three corpses, and he's going away for a very long time. So if you're a friend, you're going to miss him for sometime yet.
THIS x 1000!!!

I dont think the judge would give those children to CW. That little family revolved around Shannan. She was the Sun to their little planets. Everything revolved around her. She was the wife , the mom, and a hard worker.

I don't even think CW could function properly without her. CW is a 4-cylinder to her V8.

Shannan was working 2 fulltime jobs at the same time. CW only worked one job. Does anyone really think he could care for those two children on his own?

He was left alone with kids one weekend recently.....

I don’t know that it’s fair to say he’s going away for a very long time. Even if he did what he said he did, he could walk based on a not guilty verdict. Attorneys out there, true?

I think this needs to be added to the theories. He could have done this in his sleep and then awoke and then tried to cover his tracks.

Homicidal sleepwalking - Wikipedia
So u are saying ....hmmmmmm
So he was sleepwalking?
Killed everybody, then woke up...backed up his truck to load up his dead family and dumped them all at his work? Then made up the disappearance story ?
Talk about waking up to a nightmare! Or when did do u think he actually woke up?

  • #648
What do you think that's an indication of?
I don't know that it indicates anything, but she seems nervous about whatever is going on in the direction that she keeps looking toward. IMO

Nobody in their right mind is gonna hand this dude a “not guilty” verdict. You can wishful-think all you want, though, I guess. Not sure what you see in this guy. Just the fact he tossed his babies into oil vats makes him so cold hearted I wouldn’t want to be in the same county as him, let alone all the other crap he probably did.

He woke up after he killed them. Then panicked and decided to hide the bodies.

I doubt if I woke up from that my first thought would be ... cops come get me!

He's already confessed to those crimes. He'd need to retract that confession and change his story yet again, and a jury would need to believe him. That's not going to happen.

He's going to jail for a very long time.

Anyone with him should sleep with one eye open

Could mean she was just keeping an eye on what was going on. Many mothers tend to constantly be looking over their shoulders when their kids are out of sight, just instinctive. That was the case for me anyway.

Anyone else still stunned at the sleepwalking defense just presented upthread? ?Should we explore it? Intriguing. IMO
Sure, let me google premeditated sleepwalking.

Could be but they were in the same room. Just something I noticed during the video.IMO

But...but...but...he saw them on the monitor. He was quite adamant about that. So he fell asleep after looking at the monitor? Or did he dream about gazing at them before he dreamed SW came in and strangled them before he dreamed he went in and killed SW before he dreamed he piled all their bodies up for his dream job at the dreamy oilfields?
