HLN talking now about the Apple Watch SW wore and how there could be evidence gained from it...such as her activity level. Didn’t even think about that!

Good one.
Also he has/had one. ( on SM photos)

His plan was so ludicrous. He could have easily staged a murder/suicide, numerous other ways to avoid detection and create more reasonable doubt.

Good thing he is not the "sharpest tool in the box". Which makes me think that this was not too well organized .

Would you be on this thread watching your dead friend get trashed by people who don't know her, via disgusting, baseless speculation?
Well, it's a sad day when our VI is run off by a bunch of baseless accusations. :(

I think that's why we are fascinated (and horrified) with these cases. They are so out of our realm that we want to somehow understand, like you say though we never will. Unless, of course our brain malfunctions one day......
Mind you, do these people who commit such acts even understand it themselves?

It's always bothered me the GPS thing - as in could he really be that dim if he'd pre-planned it some days/weeks in advance.

( LE never disclosed that he has been actually tracked by Anadarko's GPS to that cervi location but we know that they knew he'd been there and it wasn't his " scheduled stop" for the day.)

SBM

We don't really know that he was tracked by Anadarko's GPS. If he regularly worked at that location by himself, then GPS alone would not be a reason to question him. In fact, it would be an alibi, of sorts.

But the doofus got spooked and didn't bury SW properly, and the sheet blew away from him.

I agree that people like to understand the motive but it just doesn't matter. Motive would not satisfy anyone anyway. We are talking about broken people who do not think like we do. Even if CW was to get on the stand and admit to what he did and why he did it, we STILL would not be able to relate. Whatever he could possibly use as motive we would have questions...if he said they were in debt and he wanted to get out... our rationale would be just get divorced. If he said he wanted to leave for another person or be free our rationale would be just get divorced. If he said I didn't want to be a dad anymore we would say fine just get divorced and don't see your kids if that is how you feel. Why take their lives away. Simple as that.

There IS no rational reason to murder your family therefore you would be left just as clueless as you were because you can't relate. NOT relating to his way of thinking is a blessing. If we all thought like him there wouldn't be many people left would there be. Just off anyone who you don't want to be a part of your life. These guys think they are ENTITLED to do this and just because society doesn't approve of it, to them it's not wrong in their minds. In his mind HIS life is what matters and their's just didn't.

I've been studying the Nazi's and Nazi occupied Europe since my teens and I'm almost 60...desperately attempting to understand how one little sick man could have caused the deaths of 60 million people more or less. How did normal people go along with this. I gave up on studying the crazy Hitler and his minions because they were just nuts. I have come to accept some people are just evil and we really will never understand their actions. For me that quest is over but NORMAL people allowing and participating in that autracity is more frightening. What is inside NORMAL people that would allow them to act the way they do and commit geonocide. Scary and it doesn't speak well of the human race.

I know. I just finished “Man’s Search For Meaning” (Viktoe E. Frankle) . The prisoners of course expected poor treatment by the Nazis, but found that some of their hardest betrayals came from their fellow prisoners.

And I’m reminded of how the Nazis carried out their crimes against humanity with great psychological prowess: The Big Lie. Hitler On The Big Lie

“that in the big lie there is always a certain force of credibility”

Examples of CW credible statements: “I strangled SW. I dumped the bodies. I saw NUA and blew through traffic lights”

MOO, everything else from him: lies.
And I trust LE and forensics to expose his big lies.

But seriously, what are the chances???? I mean, do you ever post play corpses on your FB page? Three days before your husband kills you? Some coincidences just can’t possibly be....

We don’t know they were playing corpses though, that’s a meaning we have ascribed to the photo afterwards, knowing what we know.
My kids would put a sheet over their dolls head copying how I put the blanket over their heads when they ask me to cover them with a blanket, it’s just a silly thing I do that makes three giggle before I put it over them properly. Or they might cover the doll with the sheet to “hide” her, then pull it up to make sure the face was covered, not realising they had uncovered the feet. Small children are not particularly good at hiding themselves or other things. Like I say, it’s something I could see my own kids doing, and the sinister overtones could actually just be coincidental.

Which is why I am using the word murder or mass murder from now on, unless specifically talking about the method of the murder. "Strangling" sounds like something Miss Marble would investigate and seems softer than murder which may be why he only uses that. That's what he did, he murdered Shan'ann and her baby and is charged with murdering his 3 and 4 year old little kids, with 2 counts of murder for each as he was a person in position of trust before he slaughtered them. IMO.

Yes we've heard a lot of financial details on extravagant spending from a couple of posters in earlier threads - the bankruptcy filing details- so likely living well beyond means. Nothing about tatts though & IDK when his tattoo was done.

all we know on the nails is that Shanann and friends often went together to get their nails done. ( Amanda Thayer says it on the video interview. Even I recall QVC presenters - it's mandatory to have good nails as they appear in shot with the product. Am assuming that she thought it was essential for selfies with shakes shots on her SM posts so I can see why she would do that routinely)

EDIT Forgot to add that her Insta shows she often dyed her own hair - noticed that and wondered perhaps if that was a nod to finances being tight
I recall "coloring her hair" was often on SW posted agenda. And after seeing her promote the location and grand opening of her Mum's new salon, it made sense to me.....

I believe it can show if she went to sleep right away!

To answer your question, we aren’t allowed to post the name of the AP whose name is redacted in the affidavit. If MSM names her, then we can as well.

IMO it doesn’t really matter, because she may have just been one of many. Does the who impact this case? Probably not.

Maybe instead, we should discuss what might have happened if he was seen with another woman while SW was away. What if someone told SW? How could that have impacted this case?

The only scenario that I would ever discuss her would be if I found out that she was an advocate of him at this time after all has come out.

It could be that he couldn't fit SW in the oil container but I like #2 as to why the shallow grave. He really didn't want children to be found IMO.

I still feel that he was going to go back the same evening and dispose of SW's body better - whether in a tank or similar, by whatever means. I think he'd run out of time and hadn't thought through some aspect of getting her into one of them. ( Weight, carrying, aperture etc)

I'd be willing to bet that he had planned to stage it as a murder/suicide. Obviously, she couldn't strangle herself, but having passed out, he might have been able to put a gun in her hands and pull the trigger. (Of course that is not what happened, IMO, because he would have left a lot of blood spatter evidence.)

Totally agree.

IDK , I read Trisha's posts and there were issues about posting on MLM pyramids and past related cases in the press. So we haven't been posting about those sinc e- could also be a factor?

I agree. He had no idea he'd be the prime suspect right away. And I'm sure we'd have a lot more photos of him laughing had he not been arrested so quickly.

Earlier, I recall a Mod instructing the use of "AP" for alleged partner/paramour.
(I had to ask what "AP" meant)...
Thank you. I was wondering what that meant.
