I know a lot of you are doubting the alle
I appreciate everyone hanging in there with me. After looking at all the facts, it’s clear to me that he killed them all, likely the girls before she returned home.

It's amazing to see that you came around. What made you change your mind?

That is the same guy I got blasted for mentioning. So, Ashleigh's been snookered too?
I believe you were using Radar Online as the source, and this report you're replying to is from Crime Online that is considered MSN .

Man claims accused killer Chris Watts was his ‘lover’ who told him he was ‘trapped in a loveless marriage’
by Leigh Egan
August 28, 2018

An unknown man who appeared on HLN’s “Crime and Justice” on Tuesday claimed he had a 10-month sexual relationship with accused murderer, Chris Watts.

Although the revelations cannot be independently confirmed, the anonymous man stated that Watts, 33, messaged him on the MeetMe app and made “small talk” in June 2017. The source said after chatting for a while he began to feel comfortable with Watts and agreed to meet. The source claimed that upon the first meeting, he had sex with the accused killer.

The source said he thought the relationship was considered mostly casual, but indicated that Watts “opened up” to him about being unhappy with his life, though Watts reportedly never mentioned he was married in the beginning.

When HLN’s Ashleigh Banfield questioned the man as to whether he thought Watts was straight and curious, bisexual, or gay, he replied that Watts told him he didn’t know for sure, but had previously engaged in sexual encounters with other boys in high school. However, Watts allegedly told him he was not “out” yet and wasn’t comfortable with making his sexuality public yet.

I think that the bank is only trying to reclaim the value of the loan. Not the value of the home.
Yes, but if SW and CW sold their Frederick home in a short sale and only got less than they owed the bank, they would still owe the bank that difference even after moving out of the home.

Can someone explain HOA to me, is it different than a mortgage? Never heard of this. Or point me in the right google direction lol

No. It wasn't Radar. It seems odd to me that Radar and Crime Online don't have the same MSM designation.

Not sure what that table in AZ proves that Thrive is soooo good for you. Many of those women are obviously overweight. Holding two finger up make it all ok?
I imagine they got involved with Thrive as a means to help them lose weight. That seems to be the target demographic, right? People who want to lose weight and get fit.

I only recently learned of JLR but I didn't know about the others colluding with him. Sorry, everybody.

"Various Buddhist Monks" ROFL! That would be a great name for a band. (You gotta read the wiki article.)

OK, let's just say Crime Online is a friend of management. MOO Also, I thought you were the poster with broken link hence the RO reference. Please disregard it.

HOA = "Home Owners Association". AKA "covenant controlled". It's the membership you inadvertently signed up for when you bought a home in a neighborhood that controls: weeds, lawn height, snow removal, home appearance, window coverings, rec centers, trash pick up, color of your home/front door, height of your fence... the list goes on
It's a monthly or yearly FEE you pay to 'ensure' your neighbor doesn't let their front lawn turn to weeds or paint their house baby-puke-green.

Late to the discussion, but there is no way that the Watts come up short on a sale of their home. They bought it for $400K, now it is worth $500K (pre-murders). The market is hot. No, now is a great time to sell---they pay all commissions and closing costs and pocket a some cash.

OTOH, post-murder, the estate has a problem on its hands.

We know that SW wasn't feeling in AZ because Nikole, who was with her, said so. A previous poster said that SW didn't have a plate of food in front of her, perhaps indicting she didn't feel like eating.

My point was that others didn't have plates of food either (mainly on camera left of SW's FB photo-aug 11). It is obscured by the thrive logo. See below.
I see now, thank you for explaining! :)

Just what I was thinking.

The house in the murder case that brought me to Websleuths was bought 6 years previous to the murders for around 100k. After the murders (and a full gutting of the home because of the blood everywhere), it sold for 73k. At that time, a similar house in that neighborhood probably would've gone for 120k.

No one is going to buy that house for what it was worth pre-murder to what it is worth post murder.

Home of the free?
LOL! we wish. only in the non-HOA hoods. which I highly recommend - you want a 6' privacy fence? go NON-HOA. you want a 8' fence and the freedom to do what you want with YOUR property? go NON-HOA.

Or make money? I am not sure that it is a good advertisement to show pudding faced women to further the brand.
Buy Thrive and you can look like me. No thanks.

A good chance to get a house for wayyyy under market value but I don't think I could do it. Going to bed where 3 innocent people were strangled to death..ugh. Makes me sick just thinking about it.
