Is this the same one or a second male ap? From what i have read on sm and other blogs that can not be linked here- there were like 3 women and 2 men that have came forward so far. Of course they could just be wanting their 15 minutes of fame.... or it could be legit
It’s the same one as the dates of the alledged relationship match. There are other things that don’t match what he has said on SM and what he said in the TV interview. He is full of sh*t

How did HLN seek out this alleged gay lover? Where did they find out about him?
He was yelling it from the roof all over SM, has been for days.

He posted on SM, everyone wrote him off as a troll looking for attention and I still think he is but for whatever reason they sought him out for an interview.

He's basically been spamming it on SM looking for attention and trying to get people to respond. Cases like this always bring out the attention seekers.

Roughly what was said: "meet me" = The name of the app on which he met CW. Mentions neighboring town in Colorado. Got it on that 1st night. 10 months lasted "on and off". Met in June, last year. Once saw CW who had ford pickup with daughters inside. CW Looked real married. Daughter asked if she could sleep with CW and mommy that night. Bummed this guy out. Again mentions texts. to CW asking what's going on. NuttMegg missed some here......... says was loving, generous, kind, but insecure, empathetic, compassionate dorky guy. He says "But you never really know anyone truly I guess".

Didn't hear they were missing but ex fiance knew about relationship and he didn't find out until bodies were found. He felt ill. Did not reach out to Chris after that. Did not cross his mind that Chris did this. No, because uh, uh, you never really know someone or what they are capable of. He (Cw) portrayed himself as a victim, was living a lie, if it ever came out CW would be shunned, unable to see his girls. Guy felt nauseaous when found out. ONe of th emost gentle people guy ever met. Behavior did change missed something here had never shown this side of himself before. Guy mad at text from CW CW said guy gave him empty promises, never promised to run away with him, but guy says he never portrayed anything that way. (AB does not ask for texts, lol). Commercial: psoriasis, cancer, management software, mega chicken, cracked windshield replacement, car insurance, booking, bipolar medicine, progressive, morning programs,.

Resume: AB cant independenly confirm and wont give name or photo, guy is afraid of speaking out.
Did it end well? Um didn't necesarily end ugly but didn't end well.......connection dropped.

To be fair, usually guys don’t come out claiming to be gay lovers of a married guy with two daughters just for the heck of it... that would be kind of random. They wouldn’t come out like that unless they already knew he was gay or bi, I don’t think.

He knew she was dead.

When I found my child, he was obviously dead. He was stiff, cold, covered in purple spots, stiff, and his eyes were frozen open. Even so, I still called 911 and did CPR until the paramedics arrived. When they left, I went with them. Since they were short a person, I had to help in the ambulance. They had me hold the tube after he was intubated. Though it was clear he'd been dead for sometime, I begged the doctors to help him. They hooked him up to every machine in the hospital. While we waited, lividity set in. I sat in the room with him for foyr hours, waiting for the coroner. During that time I stayed close to him, a wadded up tissue in my hand. Fluids were beginning to emerge and I wiped everything away. I couldn't stand to see blood on his little face.

As a parent you don't look at your unconscious kid and say, "Yep, dead." You pull out every piece of knowlegde you have and you try to save them until help arrives. I've yet to meet a child loss parent who didn't maintain hope. We're the last ones to give up.

Just curious, not being snarky, promise.
With any of your three, do you have 1 or 2 pre-existing conditions, were you high risk, or what they call nowadays “advanced maternal age”?
Only asking to gauge experiences here on WS.
Ill.answer this too:
No pre existing conditions
Only considered "high risk" with my last because I had 2-previous c-sections. And was told they have to lable me as that only because of the c-sections. No other issues.
I had my 3year old (and final.baby) 2 weeks before my 34th birthday. Was never told I was of an "anvanced maternal age" lol

It would not be surprising the alleged gay lover doesn’t know a lot of details.

A lot of gay hook ups are just that - meet and have sex.

If CW was lying to everyone than everyone has a different story of who he really is.

He kept his SM on lockdown accordingly too. There’s a reason.

I am probably biased because of my personal experience but this all makes perfect sense to me.
Totally agree with this. Living in NC myself, I have known many married men who've carried on affairs with men while wives are oblivious. With CW being from a little town here in NC, (also a military town), it was probably ingrained in him that homosexuality was wrong like many folks here that are super conservative and religious. He has probably been living a lie for a very long time. And good point that could be why his social media was on lockdown.

It will be very interesting to learn if the more current affair with his coworker was a man or woman. My bet is on a dude.

If anyone has also followed the other Peterson case out of Raleigh, NC, what the Netflix doc "The Staircase," was about, he also was having many homosexual relationships while still maintaining the image of happily married, family man.

I can’t watch this HLN discussion anymore. This seems like a complete troll joke to me. Crazy.

This man lover ... has he spoken LE? If not, oh my.
Why would LE want to speak with him if his affair with CW ended months ago?

I’m so sorry you went through that. :-(

I don't think it is 'sexist' to wonder how many women, 'percentage wise' , are employed in an oil field. I am going to guess, at the risk of being called sexist too, that there are many more men than woman working at the oil field....[RSBM]
Of course there's nothing presupposing to wonder about employment statistics in any field including oil, but that is was not the issue here! It was a direct quote deemed sexist that was objected to. Granted, there will always be those that try to backtrack when called out, but that should not include misrepresenting the replies by others. MOO

Oh mtnlites, I am so sorry and what you said is so true. Parents never want to give up and will do anything. I wish I could give you a hug. :( And I only 'liked' your comment because I agree with you.

I second that.

If any of this is true, then CW was truly living in a house of cards.

If CW ended up having several lovers, then you kind of wonder also if that’s how some of the financial issues came about. I don’t know if they had separate finances or if he did the finances or if she knew where every dime was going or not...but affairs are notoriously expensive, are they not?

I read somewhere else that he said that LE had spoken to him. For what that is worth.
He didn’t say it when she asked what he did when he found out Chris was arrested on this interview

I want to make sure everyone here knows HLN seeked him out . They are not naming him, they are not showing his face , they have no way of indepently verifying anything he says is true . .... wow #greatjournalism

I didn't know about the whole SM thing with the guy on Ashley Banfield, but he didn't give many details that would lead me to believe him. I'm still on the fence about him.

So I'm back to wondering again, if CW had help the night of the murders/body disposal.
I think SW would have been better hidden if there was help. But at this point.....WTH knows. IMO

  • #560
I wonder would people be more inclined to believe it if it were another woman coming forward?
