I agree. I think it would have been more believable perhaps if he had stated that she attempted to harm the unborn child vs. the girls whom everyone knew she adored incessently. SW had stated in a video " I hope it's a boy for CW because that would make him happy". If she wanted to punish him so bad or was so distraught, I think her mind would be on terminating the pregnancy. Jmoo

That is not relevant. She was fifteen weeks pregnant when she died, so only nine weeks for the first flight and fifteen for the last.

In looking again at the photo of SW at the big dining table in AZ, I think
that other Thrive people besides SW didn't have plates of food in front of them.
The other people are underneath the logo or text on the bottom left-hand side.
It may be that they sat down later than the others and were still waiting for the food they ordered to be delivered.

Flying is safe for pregnant women up until the third trimester. I'm not sure that there are that many risks or anything flying that late... moreso that they want to avoid a medical emergency while in the air, so they have protocols in place that don't allow for someone late in pregnancy to fly.

As of now, I don't know what CW is. He lies but not well. He isn't very smart. He is not logical. I'm thinking there has to be something more than the AP and money. I'm sure he is going to get a battery of psychological tests by the defense team. Anxious to find out what is so terribly wrong with him.

Narcs tend to see 'normal' people simply as parts in the Broadway Show that is their life. They're incapable of real human emotion and will emote only what they think/believe/know is correct. Narcs view everyone they encounter as supply (to their ego) or disposable.

A lot of our friends are retiring in Hawaii. That's what we want to do eventually.

Same! Going in October for the 3rd time in the last 12 months. Colorado is nice and all... I guess... but it SNOWS here. And Cali has brought a ton of it's traffic.

Yes and to me, it devalues real education. Not talking about a degree in Petroleum, but those ridiculous ones where the degree is a genre of movies or comic book characters.

I swear these aren't stories that I randomly pull out in everyday conversations. I told my friend the other day that I have talked more about his death in the past week than I have in the past 8 years. The opportunity to compare/contrast parents' actions and reactions after children's deaths is not something that presents itself often.

Every parent reacts differently and has their own way of dealing. The common thread amongst all of us (I know a LOT of grieving parents), though, is our initial reaction. I haven't met a single grieving parent who accepted their child's death right away. Every parent I know has immediately set into reviving the child and getting them help-even when it's clear that there's nothing for anyone to help. If SW was in the process of strangling their daughter then there was a GOOD chance that she wasn't yet dead or could still be revived. It reminds me of Christian Longo's speech at his trial. He talked about how Maddison was still alive when he was putting her in the suitcase but that she was dead to him and there was "nothing" he could do.

I'm terribly sorry for your loss. Reading your account was heartbreaking. I can't even imagine what you have/continue to go through. *Hugs*

Watched the AB interview also. Don't know what to think. I do have to believe that there is no proof nor reason to think that SW killed the girls. None.

ETA It is very possible that the AP (one or the other, who knows) has posted here and definitely on SM. It happens in so many cases.

Has happened on WS during the Simon Gittany trial (he threw his gf, Lisa Harnum off the balcony of a high rise apartment), his then girlfriend was rallying for support on t.v and trying on here. SG was found guilty and is in prison.
It's quite mind blowing especially when there's overwhelming evidence against their b/f or friend/family member, like CCTV and an eyewitness in SG's case.

So true. I find them actually terrible at it once you 'know' what they're about. But they're absolutely convinced they are and "shame on you" for even questioning them. I mean.. gosh, you must have been brought up terribly wrong. Your friends and family must be awful influences for you to even think twice about their motives or 'truth'.

I agree. It sounds like CW has managed to lead a double life for quite some time. I'm now scratching my head over his motive.

Motive could be, his world crashing down. If SW found out and was going to leave, he could have been in fear of the cost of child support, losing his house, etc. Someone teetering on the edge of sanity, the fear of losing control is enough to push them over.
