She had already been in contact at that stage though. I really don't think it came from LE.
Her family asked people not to and the Thrive friends asked each other not to.
For totally different reasons.
Here, I just copied it. (I think that’s okay!) “Bizarro World Post. No matter if it’s CNN, People Magazine, The New York Times, Oprah, In Touch Magazine...please friends say NOTHING to the media about our friend Shanann Watts. (Per FBI recommendations and the family’s request).”

I think it would depend on the ownership of the account. If she is the only one on the account, then it would go to her estate and he would not have access (at this point, at least). That's JMO, though. Someone else may have a more exact answer.
I think we’re likely talking about an insignificant amount of money anyways. From what we know, there were/had been financial troubles. Shannan was involved in a MLM scheme, and almost certainly wasn’t making much money from it. That bank account would be a moot point.

Sniffed for brevity.

It is a scary and very strange world out there and a few look at the dark side of social media.... you realize that there are a lot of mentally and emotionally disturbed people out there who will go to Great Lengths to insert themselves into "famous situations"..

There are sites out there, in the dark web, that most of us never see. But if you go looking for it you'll see exactly how many seriously disturbed people there are in the world... and a lot of them seem to be drawn to social media.

If this guy's story is true it won't take much to prove it, but at this point I seriously have my doubts.

Am kind of repeating myself but this is ok re ToS - there are 8k in just one of the big FB Watts closed groups and apparently he is a member of one of them so access to info would not be an issue if you had the interest enough in the case to join one of them. ( Granted that many of those 8k will be socks but even still, there's room for all sorts of randoms.)

I don't remember a door from the basement, but there is one to the back porch. (The slider.)
Just thinking I remember a few posters wondering if he had left at a time other than 5:15-5:30 in the morning "for work" or if he could've gone out the basement door earlier (if there is one) undetected from neighbors' cameras.

I am surprised that he didn’t hightail it back to the oil field, late Monday night, after everyone went home, to dig up and dump Shanann’s body into an oil tank and grab that sheet he left behind. But maybe he knew the cops were onto him.

Maybe he took SW's car there only to see that law enforcement was there, that would be interesting. Just wild speculation on my part of course. I really am curious what he did Monday night.

Yes, friends. Friends of Shanann.
You are claiming that the same sex partner can't be true because LE instructed them all not to talk to Media. You are talking friends telling friends not to talk to media, not LE.

"FBI recommendations" is vague.

I'd like to know exactly how HLN verified that those texts were from CW?

I'd also like to know if law enforcement has been involved in any of this...

Maybe there are pictures in the texts...

You’d think that they would have done something to vet this guy. HLN knew that this interview would generate a great deal of publicity, so I can’t imagine they didn’t do something to verify the veracity of this guy’s claims. Nothing surprises me when it comes to the media though.

I think either NU ruined his plan or he was still wrapping his head around what he had done and didn't have a plan.

One of the key things that I will look at ...all the voicemails and text and calls the day she went missing. He said he called to check on her and say how is it going on the video, but what did he really say and what times did he call if supposedly he had just killed her because she killed the children. Pffft

The scenario plays is that she latched up the house, and then walked out through the garage door, which he noted the garage door to the house to the garage is always unlocked. Because she like to walk out there. He said that in an interview. It's my understanding that the key code did not work, but the garage door openers that all of us have in our cars that are battery-powered did. That is my understanding and how this story works.
So she would've taken her garage door opener from her car with her.

Edited for misspelling

I have been wondering why CW was allowed to stay at the house on Monday night. That gave him a lot of time to clean things up. Is it because LE believed his story about SW leaving with the girls or what?

The male lover said he has texts and a producer said they HLN have seen the texts messages so I am going to go with true for now.

JMO.
How crazier can this case get? WOW!

Good deal. How do you find things so quickly? I'm thinking CW used the car last for the birthday party , as to not have to transfer two carseats.
I'm not always that quick. Sometimes I just get lucky, lol. :p That makes sense that he used the car for the birthday party. I hadn't thought about that.

No, I am claiming SS partner wouldn’t be talking had he been instructed no to, (but maybe he would ignore instructions, who knows?) and friends in the shock and horror of first finding out what C.W. had done, gave some interviews to the media. After they gave those interviews they met with the FBI, and at that time the FBI advised them not to talk to the media. Also, I know that they met with SW’s parents to hand over the dog, so I believe sometime during those communications they were asked by the family not to go to the media.

I tend to doubt LE is involved because they’ve instructed all witnesses to stay away from the media.

He may not be a witness, if he is a former lover and they already have talked with the current lover, LE doesn't need this guy.

SW came home after her trip and apparently said nothing about issues to her friend that dropped her off. I think if she was going to confront him, she would tell her friend that there is trouble in paradise.

I think it was his plan to ditch her . I think several weeks on his own turned out to be delicious.

It’s probably because there was no (or little) evidence that a crime had been committed at that point. Police did search the house that afternoon, but found no sign of foul play. At that point, Shannan having run off with the kids, must have seemed plausible.

I really don't want to watch a 31 minute video, but I did watch the first little bit. She talks about how they have no plans for the summer and how she is looking forward to weekends in Colorado in the summer because there is so much to do. Yet, she later decides to spend six weeks away during the summer.

Has this already been discussed? (Again, I didn't watch the whole thing.)jmo

Video is SWs Saturday team meeting (video conference) with her sales people-- encouraging statements interjected with her own struggles. Testimonial on how Thrive allows her to stay home, enjoy Colo, take her upcoming 6 week vacay to NC, and how this would not be possible for her if employed in the typical workforce. Most important though is that SW does not miss an opportunity to talk about her love and adoration for her children and husband. While the sales talk may be scripted, anytime she talks of her family it's so obvious heart felt and genuine.

To anybody in the "SW killed her babies" camp, this is a must watch! MOO
