I know a man who did that. A doctor no less, who somehow managed it so that he was employed by his next wife's company and was paid unbelievably small wage. It was so blatantly false I could not believe the judge let it pass.

I have a good friend whose husband, also making six figures at one time, literally quit his job so that he could say he was unemployed and try to get out of paying child support. Thankfully the judge saw through that one and said he had to get re-employed and then they would revisit child support.

I think she saw something on his phone and was going to reveal all, that may have been enough for him to react. Especially where the parents of CW and his bosses were concerned...Every action has a reaction, the result we all know about was possibly CW reaction to SW action... Or threatened action. IMO. She was going to blow the whistle.

I've thought about this as well, and the scenario that fits for me is pure speculation, but it is what makes sense to me.

Some who were close to SW said she suspected an affair, and people who have these kind of suspicions often keep digging and looking until they figure it out. Perhaps SW found something that led her to the conclusion her entire marriage had been a fraud? I suspect the discovery may have been made or confirmed when she was in Arizona, because of the timing of everything that happened, JMO.

JMO, it is possible that CW knew SW had found something, or she may have called him and confronted him with what she had found. JMO, she may have told him she wanted a divorce and that she was going to expose his secret.

JMO, perhaps the marriage had been a fraud and to him, SW and the little girls had served a purpose, and that purpose was to provide him with a very specific image that he felt he needed to have. Perhaps the jig was up and he knew it and he knew he was about to be exposed.

A scenario like this explains what happened - at least to me. All JMO.

That link and this one would actually apply more to CW's idea of a defense...
Forensic psychology - Wikipedia
And maybe to whomever might be posting on some places that has issues of their own. Just saying...

Ohhhhh okay. Well, I hate MLM companies in a bad way, so I won’t get on THAT soapbox. Ha. Disgusting schemes. But, moving right along...
Ok, ok, I can't take it anymore. What does MLM stand for? I used my context clues for weeks and have figured out Thrive is MLM, MLMs have large, cultish followings, and for many it seems scam-like. But, I have yet to figure out the abbreviation.

Yes, she was hosting an event for a friend who sells it.
I
Y'all realize the clothing with the tags are Sw's Lulu mom inventory? Right? SMH.
I saw where Lularoe is having a huge fundraiser for family Lupus support online there are like 75 salespeople involved . They said they had lost one if their own that must be what that meant

So I just came across such a sad thing. I was looking for an archived baby registry for bella or cece to see what type baby monitor they may have had. You know, the whole question of CW claiming he saw one of the girls turning blue. I found a baby registry Shanann had created for Nico... :(
I think that puts the whole, did she want the 3rd child argument to rest. Made my heart hurt to think about her choosing all those things and how excited she must have been.

Multi-level marketing :)

Multi-level-marketing. Where you sell stuff at the bottom, and then the people who recruited you make money off your sales, and then the people above those make money off both levels of sales, so on. All those “party” sales are MLM. Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, Party Lite were big when I was invited to them. Now it’s a lot more of the supplement stuff, dieting...I know a lady that promotes “pink drink” constantly and it’s super annoying. Oh yeah, and like Young Living oils, stuff like that. Super overpriced stuff. And then they make people believe that they have to pay all that money because THEIR stuff is the absolute best. And it turns everybody into a salesperson. You try to have a normal friendship with someone, but all they have on their mind is trying to recruit you for their choice of MLM. And then rarely do people make money, but they sure do have to spend the money in hopes to make it. But then a lot of them end up brainwashed that it’s okay to spend the money, because the product is so superior. Okay I’ll shut up now. Haha.

Yes is this unusual for the US?

Everyone staying so quiet? Both familes too and CW friends.
In the UK everyone pretty much stays quiet until after conviction - so can be a long period of silence. Didn't think it was the same in US? Thoughts?
Yes, it's unusual. We let it all out in this country, either voluntarily or because someone snooped and put 'em in a corner.

The only answer is that everyone who knew CW doesn’t want to be associated with him. Either they are super ashamed that they ever knew him, or they were all hidden relationships that they don’t want to make public on their end, either.

I had found the lack of anyone from his past a bit odd, but I'm now starting to suspect that they were hidden relationships and that's why nobody has come forward.

Can you post the link to that? Thanks!

My apologies if this has been covered in the last gazillion posts...but do we know if he generally parked his work truck in the garage? If not, I am really curious if the neighbor's camera caught what time he pulled it into the garage...

Because I can't help but think he might have lost it getting the girls ready for bed. They were probably wired from the party. Maybe they wanted to wait up for mommy. Meanwhile he's anxious for time to himself to sext his AP or look at some 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. And he loses it with one of them. Maybe her sister witnesses it...The beds were unmade, but maybe he didn't make them while SW was away.

Are they already loaded in his truck long before SW gets home? During these hours, he's figured out where he wants to hide the bodies, planning ahead on how he is going to kill his wife, she'll never forgive him for what he's done. And anyway, he'd rather be single. Maybe fantasizing about his life as a single man. And she's so late it's messing up his plans.

Did he wait in the bedroom? She kicks off her shoes, puts her purse on the counter and sits on the couch to look at her phone. She's tired but not ready for bed. He calls down, are you coming to bed?

She peeks in the girls room on her way, sees them missing, but thinks maybe they're in the parents bed since they like to sleep there. She walks in, no girls. She asks him, where are the kids? He starts his story, their "emotional conversation". And he kills her.

The rest of his plans to have them 'disappear' are rushed because of her flight delay. And NU (thankfully!!) derailed the rest.

Oh, that breaks my heart. This whole uncalled for massacre of innocents breaks my heart. He really could've just walked away. It really and truly would've been easier on him.

Maybe SW and CW had a housekeeper. That would answer some of all this talk of OCD and other things. I know some are saying SW had OCD or BPD but there is nothing anywhere to suggest that and who cares anyway? It would have nothing to do with her and her children being murdered. I can't go with that one at all.
Maybe SW and CW worked well together keeping the house up even. Who knows?

That does not make it okay to diagnose a victim (on a victim friendly site)with a mental illness with no factual evidence. While mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of,it is obvious that the armchair diagnoses of Shannan are meant to paint her as someone so unstable that her poor put upon husband just snapped and killed her.

Alas in reality 1/4 of my Facebook friend list must be mentally ill and will soon be dead if closets fuller than bank accounts, being part of an MLM and making your online image rosier than reality was justification for your partner murdering you.

Bravo.
