As a Mom of two young kids like Shanann was this registry is confusing to me. It looks like a first time Mom's registry who has no idea how much things cost or what you actually need for a baby. I would never register for a over $200 mamaroo for a 3rd baby or 2 different fancy baby bath tubs. Typically with a 3rd baby you wouldn't have a baby shower so I'm not sure why she would have made a registry, I only made one with my first baby. Also I have to wonder why she didn't still have a lot of that stuff she registered for from her girls. I'm not planning on having more kids but still have lots of bottles, blankets, clothes, jumperoo, boppy, sit me up seat ect. down in my storage room just in case I change my mind about a 3rd baby or have a friend or family member that needs that stuff.

I have to wonder if Shanann thought they were done having kids, got rid of every baby item and then at some point had a change of heart and then registered for new stuff.

The link was posted on the previous page. There's no way to really talk about it without breaking TOS. The guy's identity wasn't revealed on television, but he came out in other places-none of which we're allowed to discuss.

The “lover” showed a photo of “C.W.’s back” without a tattoo.
The “lover” says their fling ended last June (2017)

CW had the tattoo prior to August 2016.

good catch Jacquie1. When I looked at the picture supposedly of CW with male did it not look like buttocks or was it shoulders. Just didn't see a head attached to shoulders. Going to find the pic. I could be completely off.

We have heard this doodoo from so many "reporters" that we don't even question it anymore. It is put out as fact, and millions buy it. Hook, line and sinker.
In many ways, the Media has all become Rag Papers that we used to laugh at years ago.
For me, backed up investigated facts are what I want to read.

My mother in law, an aunt by marriage, a childhood friend and a couple opposing parties. It's a very rare condition according to a psychologist I spoke to about it so the fact that I have so many people in my life with it is unusual.

It's horrific. Gaslighting. "I never did or said that." It's ALWAYS everyone else's fault. Alternately idoiolizing and then totally hating the same person. Constant rages. Paranoia. Extreme selfishness. Inability to maintain any relationship of any kind. The boundary crossing is intense.

Having a beautiful closet is not a symptom. But that disorder is so horrible, it's not something to lightly diagnose a murder victim with when there is zero indication.

BPD usually comes from being very emotionally neglected and/or seriously abused. ALL the people I know with it had parents who were either absent or showed them no love. It's very, very sad.

It's a curse to them and not their fault but people with this condition are some of the most unpleasant, horrible people be around.

They have an incredible fear of abandonment but they are so horrible that invariably they end up alone.

It's caused a lot of pain in my life having to deal with it. I had to step in and help raise my brother in laws as a result. Despite our intervention and efforts to help the kids, all three ended up with serious problems and an inability to cope with life because their mother is so completely insane. She destroyed them.

I’m so sorry gitana1. ): 75% of the pain in my life is/was caused by my family. I’ve finally let them all go. I haven’t seen any of them since last Nov and I’m so much happier. I just wanted you to know that I understand!

Hi, behind as usual but just now watching this full video.

Again, wow just wow. If anyone hasn’t gotten to watch this yet in its entirety please do. The snippets from the press are hardly comparable to this full interview of 30 minutes. It’s one thing to read snippets, a completely different thing to actually watch these videos, imo.

Also reposting Shanann’s video again, also 30 minutes of nothing but her talking and I think it is sooo important and valuable. If you have not seen this, yet, please watch. This woman was amazing. She loved her kids so much. I could write a book on the ways this video and her words talks to me. Really getting to know Shanann. She seems like a really beautiful person and had we met we could have even been good friends. (We actually have some things I. common. I see a lot of myself in her and relate with a lot of what she said particularly as related to her Lupus, etc. Seems we’ve been looking at the same hot air balloons even. I think everyone who is commenting here should get to know Shanann here. She was crazy about Chris...she really cared about wanting to help people. She seemed to think Chris really was her rock. It must have devastated her to find he was having the affair...enough to kill her kids? No way imo. There is so much irony watching this video, hearing her talk about how awesome Chris is. I think she really believed it.

My comments can not even begin to summarize all the thoughts I have after listening to her speak. I can’t even begin. Many of her quotes, as related to both this investigation and life in general...I think it would be very important and pertinent to have a FULL transcription of both videos...it’s a task, any takers? I see many comments and questions that Shanann herself answers.

With the proliferation of the internet, there are just so many sources of information, that local newspapers are dying.

They can’t compete with the big national organizations, and their content has struggled. They’ve had to cutback on original reporting and source news from wire services.

It hasn’t helped that news has been replaced by opinion pieces and “talking heads.” It’s not necessarily being “lazy,” rather it is few reporters in which to do actual reporting (on the local level).

It doesn’t help that with instant news, being first to report something, is a big deal. Unfortunately, this comes at the expense of facts.

This has happened with the Post, they were sold to some kind of hedge company and have had massive layoffs. I subscribe to support the survivors. The cable channels, Internet etc. have really hurt them. I guess I should have added that I find the big cable news networks to be sloppy as well. In the case that is the subject of this thread, I am relying on the information released via Colorado Judicial Branch , and taking absolutely everything else with a big spoonful of salt. imo

This interview formed my whole opinion of the case. I recommend it, too. I love Amanda and Nick Thayer. It doesn’t get any more raw or honest than this. I truly appreciate their candor and willingness to shine some light on this inexplicable tragedy.

If it's the pic I'm thinking of it's "allegedly" shown by the AP to HLN and we can't show it. However it was actually shown on HLN we would be able to share it in the thread.
So I'm wondering if there are two pictures - one he showed to HLN that's legit and the one that was shared on twitter, OR if the picture shared on twitter is in fact the one he showed HLN. Because I'm sure the people at HLN were aware CW had a giant back tattoo....

Oh definitely not saying it's tacky to have showers after your 1st, every baby deserves to be celebrated! Just that typically by the 3rd baby mom's have most of the big stuff they need and don't do a registry like that.
