Of course not, and I don’t think anyone who brings up that possibility is trying to mitigate his culpability here. They are looking to explain a motive.

It’s like saying someone killed another person for life insurance money. It doesn’t mean that we think the crime is any less horrific because we can put our finger on a reason. Or that we think that reason is one that someone should ever kill for.

But I absolutely do not believe he killed her because she was “bossy.”

I either read your initial post wrong, or misstated my response. He hasn’t offered an explanation for a coverup, but any explanation will be absolutely hilarious (putting aside the horrific realities here).

How does one explain that Mommy killed the kids, so I killed mommy and dumped my babies in oil? There is no logical and viable way to spin the facts here. If she had killed the kids, you call 911 in order to save them. You don’t dump them in oil and go to work.

It’s not that I don’t agree with you, but I believe his defense will actively pursue a path to acquital. In my opinion justice usually suffers in the face of all this attention. I seriously hope justice prevails.

I don't disagree, but there have been many women that have helped those men and many women who have done horrible things. Andrea Yates here in Houston for instance. I'm horrified by so much that my gender does, but I am not the enemy and, I believe, most men aren't.

Women kill, no one disputes that (obviously), but not at the same frequency as men. No one knows the reason why that is (there are numerous theories), but it has been true for thousands of years.

On last night's thread, someone was looking at the video that was a stock video that was not the actual CERVI 319 well site. I went to the county website and input the coordinates. I first made a photo of the entire parcel. It best shows how remote the site was. Then I zoomed in a little more and made a shot of the well site. Then I zoomed in more and made a photo of the tanks. You can see a catwalk between the tanks, and the hatch should be near the catwalk (walkway, ladder). This has more detail than the Google photo but it still does not let you see that much definition on the tanks, such as the openings. Hope this gives you a little more visual understanding of the site.

You can not reason or logic your way with a psychopath. I realize everyone wants answers....I mean that’s why I am on this board too. But you can not use logic with someone who murders his own damn children! His wife! He’s an absolute monster, who was clearly out of his ever loving mind to do this. We will never know why... just that it happened.

Back to the brain. I remember seeing a documentary on tv about the brain and ADHD, especially impulse control and the rages that someone with ADHD can have. It was because parts of the brain did not allow impulses to flow as smoothly across the brain. The impulses were impeded and they could not cope like normal people and would explode. Also research neural pathways. When you repeat actions over and over, the neuron will actually grow and thicken. Absolutely, everything in our life can affect our brain and yet we know so little about it. If someone has those problems, there are medicines that can help or therapies. The broadcast news networks are free and existed before satellite or internet was invented. No subscription to cable necessary. CNN is by subscription and their subscriber base has fallen dramatically.

I think it was one of the factors.
