I'm way out of touch on paying mortgages, but how can someone get a 400,000$ house for only 8k down? Is that some sort of government deal? ? One of my nephews got into a decent but less expensive house with nothing down, but he is a veteran.

In some counties in Colorado there are non-profit groups that provide downpayment assistance based upon income. This would be another reason CW might apply for the home in his sole name---so SW's income wouldn't be counted for the downpayment assistance.

Essentially, from what I know, the downpayment is added as a sort of second lien on the home, and it has to be repaid back when the house is sold.

It had occurred to me that the choking of SW by CW may have been during sex, but I hadn't mentioned it. Wouldn't that be sick if he was aroused by that sort of thing!

He's sick for murdering his pregnant wife and unborn child and we also know he's most likely lying about SW strangling the little girls. So I would NOT put anything past this monster in terms of sexual deviance including cutting off the air supply to a sexual partner. Maybe he got a thrill of out 'pretend' strangulation during sex and used this method to dispose of the wife and kids who stood in his way to his self-gratification. Do we know if he watched a lot of abusive online ? MOOOOOOOO!

They had an attorney on at the beginning who has worked for the CO prosecutors office and she said they are very aggressive and she wouldn't be surprised if they pursue the death penalty.
There might be cameras on the oil tanks.

Whilst it's great to have something new, rather than often having to regurgitate the old thread contents, some concerns about this link:
- she didn't mention that she offered her intell to LE when she found out about his crimes;
- why no Tinder profile, chats from her history or other digital record. They could show those even though she wants her ID hidden;
- he "took her out on dates" initially but again, she might have something to corroborate that;
- coincidence re strangulation..... Hmmm;
- very different account from HLN mystery guy re CW's style.

SW was at the 80K VIP (monthly sales) level, so it looks like she would have received team bonuses of 4% for level 4 and 5 sales as well, along with other bonuses.

SW's verified friend isalybra stated in a previous thread that SW was very successful with April sales of about 130K and well on her way to her 200K VIP goal. If I understand the Le-Vel lingo for her commissions correctly, that looks like really good money.

With the booming economy in CO and oil industry recovery, CW was probably getting really good raises and bonuses too since their 2015 bankruptcy.

That's why I'm not convinced that financial strain contributed to his motive. Although it is hard to understand why they would be delinquent on their HOA dues.
