Bet the co-worker is more than happy to cooperate with LE after learning of all the lies C.W. told her.

If the different rumors of his alleged other affairs are true, she is probably ready to strangle him herself! One should never play with a married man....

I agree. I think that a combination of factors may have led to this horrific crime. We know there were financial difficulties, another baby on the way, and that he was possibly having multiple affairs.

All of these things taken together, may have played in to his decision to end the lives of his wife and children.

The fear could have been from any number of people finding out, including his family, friends, and of course, his wife. For a guy who appears to be very concerned about his image, this might be viewed as potentially devastating in his eyes.

The affairs are bad. Potentially murdering his family because of them, is unforgivable.

I’m still skeptical until there is an actual reliable homosexual AP. AB now says redacted Info is the female AP. She still claims gay but hasn’t had him back on show nor has any reliable news sources only A tabloid one . It would not surprise me I just think he may have cared about AP since he took the time to protect her identity

As the house was under construction, more than likely CW/they purchased directly from the builder, and that's always ripe for a paper shuffle and/or "incentives" that will meet the criteria of an affiliated lender (and usually an expensive lesson later learned by the buyer). I believe it proved to be true as Bk followed shortly thereafter. MOO

Bumping my own post that might help answer some questions about getting a house with little down payment from the Developer/Builder. Another Member posted SW Instagram today from Oct 2012 where SW cites CW signing closing docs for their new house under construction today (pre-wedding). It's not uncommon for developer/builder to enter sales contract with buyer with temp financing and where there's some built in "paper equity" factored in at transfer to the permanent financing that acts to work around the downpayment. Ultimately, the transaction meets the criteria for a certain lender. All are happy: builder turns inventory, family gets house, lender profits. MOO

Per atty on AB, they have 63 days from the arraignment to decide on the DP, so it will be after that before we find out.

Well, that's just it, isn't it? They aren't thinking rationally. The idea that people make decisions using logic and reasoning is just a myth. People make decisions based upon emotions.

BBM - I agree. I do not believe she had difficulty conceiving based on the timing of the 3 pregnancies. I guess I will need to get on here as a confirmed professional if I wish to comment further on that.



This is something I've wondered from the beginning. LE was flying a drone over the oil tank area prior to CW confession. How did they know? Because he had mentioned that he went work that day and stopped to check on a site (in affidavit)? Or did Andarko employees see CW on camera doing his horrible deeds the day of the televised interview?

Agree. From what I’ve read, this was an ongoing, emotional & physical relationship.
This other stuff has not even been verified yet by a reliable source, and, even if true, are quite different kinds of relationships.

That's also how I understood it to be but have since learned that some of the "Internet" University's and Colleges somehow met loophole (accreditation??). I believe these are some of the same school programs in class action lawsuits. I'm not saying SW/CW education in this category. MOO
