People do eat after having sex. Those are supposed to be very delicious sandwiches. lol.

A blind date thought he'd impress me by driving me up to the real Beverly Hills mansion used in the TV series "The Beverly Hillbillies" as being the Clampetts mansion. :p:p:p There was no 2nd date.

Did you take a gander at the Ce-ment pond? Yee Haw!

Another thing with oil tanks. They usually pump out the oil with hoses. Now once blockage occurs; Then you have to unblock that blockage.

So I wonder if CW planned on this happening months later or if he truly thought those tanks were rarely used?
You'd think they would have some heavy duty filters.

Why not. Did he forget to add the Texas Tea? :)

Oh great :(

The last thing this family needs is a mental picture of violent bed activities.

Also, BBM -- I hope he doesn't get the opportunity. Tyler Tessier just killed himself this morning before his murder trial was supposed to begin. He killed his pregnant mistress, Laura, and his son, Reid.

Families deserve justice. Although, suicide does spare the family pain of going through the trial proceedings.
Good....save the state some money.

I haven't seen one where the camera cycles fullscreen through the different cameras, but maybe I just haven't gotten to that one yet. I just watched a video of the Summer Dual model - features include the split screen and arrow keys to scroll between rooms. It rotates the sound from the different rooms every 7 seconds, but not the picture. I really wish I was more sure about what model they had.

I do too. It would answer so many questions. Our model has a feature to automatically switch between cameras, too. No buttons to press (well besides the one to initiate the automatic functions ha!)

Exactly. Those tanks are closed off. So a dead body would definitely block most of the filter sooner or later.

I do feel bad for the people at Thrive and Anadarko.

The more I learn about this tragedy the more CW reminds me of Scott Peterson.

At one point I was thinking that may be why he used 2 different tanks, less clogging of filters. But, if they were in plastic bags, (do we know this yet?) they may have floated for a long time. Presumably the outlets are a little above the bottom of the tank?

Yes, sometimes very much like Scott Peterson, other times like Jeffery MacDonald. MacDonald killed a pregnant wife and two young daughters and had a crazy explanation and that's just like CW. Eerie!

Once again; I really don't believe there'll be a plea bargain, but if there is, what is the law in Colorado? Is allocution mandatory? Anyone?

Yeah, I was watching a doc on the MacDonald case and its creepily familiar.

I've been researching oil field and tank cameras without any success. I did find an interesting app that supposedly allows you to see any oil field, and I think tanks, but it's $24.95 and I'm not ready to lay out a payment yet. I'll keep looking. My guess is; there is at least one camera there and it's operational.

Same question I have been asking. Something pointed them to that exact site prior to CW confession, which LE isn't divulging. The affidavit states that he went to check on a work site near Hudson by his own admission (I've no idea if that is the near or the exact location of the tanks. If it is, then CW truly is a moron because he led them straight to the bodies...which may have been what forced his confession once LE confronted him with drone evidence.

In the previous thread, I posted that I was interested in knowing what piqued LE interest in CW having an affair, after doing a welfare check. Perhaps because in my area, I'm pretty sure LE would show up, shrug and say, "Let's see if they return home, call us tomorrow if they don't," and then go about their business that day. They definitely would not begin investigating for infidelity nor inquiring about neighbor's surveillance cameras. But, I'm in a big city where LE have plenty other priorities. For CW, that 2-day investigation would have began the day they did the welfare check, and up to the day CW was arrested. The fact that her shoes, purse, suitcase, keys, car, etc remained is suspicion enough for foul play, but not for a cheating husband....MOO.

Maybe there was GPS tracking on truck?

I don't practice criminal law in Colorado, but I would doubt that allocution is mandatory. It probably is up to the discretion of the judge.

But why would they pay people to say lies? If they wanted to lie they could just make it up themselves.
My guess is they pay sources , which gain money and noterity ( quite sick if you have that mindset ) for the story . The source , although lying is happy bc they are disturbed indivusls . The media source is happy bc they have a sensational headline to attract viewers , readers , advertisers and are not liable for false reporting by stating “ according to this unnamed source” or “we can not verify these accusations “

And even if there were to be an allocation, these statements almost always leave the family with just as many questions as answers. He’d be required to admit that he did it, but he would frame himself in the best possible light. He’d almost certainly minimize his responsibility, deflect, and blame Shanann for his crime. We’d likely still be in the same boat.

I will believe every horrible story that comes out about him. If he could dump his little girls in filthy oil, he is capable of anything IMO.
I understand your hatred of him , I just refuse to give attention to self promoting liars that are benefitting from those little girls death as well. It sickens me that news and liars are making money spreading rumors , it also hurts SW’s family . So I refuse to give it any attention unless it is proven and can aid in prosecuting him.

I am sure that the computer forensics are going to show some interesting searches and websites visited by CW in the days leading up to the murders. Hopefully these will be allowed into evidence and will be presented at trial. **IN MY OPINION ONLY**: I wonder if he was looking at violent 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 and decided to try it out on the woman who claims she was choked during intercourse? IF of course she is telling the truth.
