Ate t-bones for dinner the last 3 nights and bought shrimp and goodies. He’s sleeping and working out.” In July videos drop precipitously. CeCe Birthday was last video. No videos or pictures of Daddy in NC. Aug 4 - strange post. “The older I get the more scared I am to let her out into the world...”
4. SW’s moms friend said they were headed for separation.
5. Something happened in NC, she stopped posting about C.W.
6. Aug 6 SW posts about trip to AZ.
7. Aug 9 last photo published doll covered with sheet.
8. Pattern is significant, drop off significant. Didn’t include herself in Birthday wish to C.W., only mentioned girls. SW may have known about affair.

According to a dubious source, another woman has allegedly had an affair with CW. She said he liked rough and animalistic sex, had a rape fantasy and was very kinky. If that’s true, the inmates of the prison where he’ll be incarcerated will be only too happy to satisfy his needs.

Men like CW are the ultimate cowards in an already cruel world, and child killers are hated even by hardened prisoners. I guess that means he’ll choose to stay in solitary confinement for the rest of his miserable life, unless of course he ever gets the opportunity to end it all.

Now, Daily Mail is a controversial source - in general it is considered a thrashy tabloid but sometimes it posts decent information, so I am not relying on it too much.

I assume all sex partners of CW will be interviewed and a sworn testimony will be obtained. So at a certain point, we shall know the truth. And also, at a certain point, they will be prohibited from giving interviews to all media sources, but until it happened, they are happy to either make a quick buck or just get a tad of popularity.

And while the "mistress" could have told absolute truth, she also could have embellished the events because 1) she gets paid for the interview, or 2) even more likely, there is an element of auto-suggestion ("I always knew he was creepy"). It happens. Because, truly, if we hear that a good-looking, visibly stable father of two kids and a (seemingly) good husband who is known to us committed a heinous act, we try to think what we missed and if we could foresee it. And this is where our mind might totally deceive us.

What I think is, even if he choked his "mistress", it was not that bad, and did not scare her enough to report it to the police. (Some people give you such creeps that you might report the incident). So either she took it as part of the play, or it was not as "rough" or "animalistic" as she is telling now.

Now, it could also be equally possible that CW was having the choking fantasy and was trying to act on it with that "mistress", and later acted on it with his family.

I can't decide which is more gross - if this "dubious source" is telling the truth or if she's making it up. Either CW was engaged in that vile behavior or someone is inventing tawdry stories for the fun of it. Both are nasty options. IMO anyway

Because the notion about what this dubious source is saying is so distasteful and vile, it lends me to believe that this source has some credence in what she is saying because of that fact. I can not imagine anyone making such statements if they were false.

I don't believe allocution is mandatory in Colorado, but a right of the defendant and not an imposition to speak:

The right of allocution gives a defendant the right to be present in court to speak in mitigation of punishment before sentence is pronounced. People v. Emig, 177 Colo. 174, 493 P.2d 368 (1972).

In this case, I believe it will be the opposite, or where the Court will have to limit the number of "victim impact statements" collected by the district attorney (especially if expressing considerable vitriol toward the defendant, and the offenses committed by him, together with statements of opinion about the kind and duration of an appropriate sentence) .

This is right. Per CO Rev Stat § 16-11-102 (2016) (2) (5), a defendant has the right to make a statement to the jury prior to sentencing. What's frustrating is it isn't under oath. They can say whatever the hell they want without being under oath. (Not that that matters much to liars).

But it seems frustrating that they are allowed to make whatever self-serving statment they want without swearing to tell the truth. I hated that with jodi arias. Ugh.

Being forced to make a statement about what happened would be against the 5th amendment to the US Constitution. However, people can contract to give up such rights.

Thus, part of the terms of a plea agreement can be that the defendant must make a statement as to what happened.

Since I hate to give any diagnosis without formal assessment, I can comfortable say that I don’t really see signs of narcissism. I more so see signs of someone who is knowingly telling a lie and is hoping he is telling it convincingly enough for it to be believed.

There are many different cues I picked up on while watching the interview. Subtle moments where C.W. appeared to suppress a smile or smirk, others where he appeared to be thinking more than would be reasonable for facts that should have been readily available. There were other little ‘tells” but overall:

I would have to say that there is nothing overtly present to suggest extreme emotional disturbance but that is only assessed by viewing the video interviews and reading what he has publicly stated. There is no possible (nor legal) way I could offer an actual diagnosis without having performed an actual evaluation on C.W. for myself.

Whether on CW or similar individuals, do you see this as happening because of nerves, pleasure, because he thinks he's duping everyone? Another reason?

If I recall correctly, I believe the Aug 4 video about 'being scared to let her out into the world' related to SW registering Bella for Kdg. I can only imagine that SW's suspicions about CW cheating were substantiated or confirmed when she was observing him play "bachelor" during the family absence. Heartbreaking to see your list though.

It has probably been mentioned before but the plastic isn't just draped over the doll, it is folded neatly in half and tucked around the head. I am not sure how "neatly done" two little girls would have done while playing. I could be wrong but I sense that CW did this and was grooming himself for what he was going to do days later or he was desensitizing himself somehow ~ detaching?

As far as I have found, the only reliable and LE provided validation of an AP is the woman he worked with.

I have seen no validation for any others, and by validation I mean LE validation, not AB or Radar On-line, Daily Mail, or SM rumors. We DO NOT KNOW that he has a sex addiction, we only know what has been rumored. He may have (and I wouldn't doubt it....), but until we know for sure, it's speculation, and some are treating speculation as fact.

Get's very confusing.

Obviously it's just my opinion that he is a sex addict in the same vein as Ross Harris. As long as it doesn't violate TOS, I don't see a problem with it.

Just assuming People Magazine (at a minimum) verified the employment of their source with LE and some documentation (hopefully) for those claims as well.

Imo, these sexual relationships (even if not verified to your standards) are highly relevant to his possible motive.

The only article I could find was from a source at the Weld County Jail so not sure that was what the defense was referring to in this court filing.
