I absolutely believe this to be a possibility. Because nothing else makes sense to me.


I certainly didn't mean to upset anyone, just had not seen much speculation on CW claims and my mind likes to entertain all possibilities.

These are very valid points and I have certainly considered both of these. There are many legal and illegal substances that can impact human behavior. If there was a known history of abuse, control , it would make more "sense." But, I haven't seen reports of this and SW seemed to be the "leader" in the relationship while CW was the follower (according the videos I watched IMO, but these are a "selective" view of their reality, too). Some kind of psychosis (no matter what the cause) is the only reason that allows me some kind of understanding.
It's possible that CW is just a monster? Absolutely. . The sloppiness of the "cover up" and choice of burial sites just makes me think that he was psychotic or he was not nearly as bright as some people claimed was.

I'm not upset. It's good to discuss these things.

Warning: It's extremely long because they circle around trying to find a way to get close to the crime scene tanks (which they finally see off at the distance at the very end).

There is confusion about the property lines between the Cervi Ranch and
the neighboring G. Ranch because they drive by the Cervi Ranch arched entrance. Anyway, it gives you a since of how far out the tanks were.

And the father of the year, can't remember his name---but he took his young son to Disneyland, then took him back to the motel, and set him on fire. Poor kid was very badly burned and had a very painful life, physically, mentally, emotionally.

That son just died recently. David David I think he called himself.

But I think the state is going to use that drop off in family pics to say that SW was figuring out that her husband was cheating. And she was pulling back and trying to figure out what to do next.

Under subpoena, yes. However, I think what happened is that the detectives went through CW's phone and computer and contacted the people he had "dates" with via various online hookup websites.
Perhaps a subpoena wasn't necessary if CW's hookups voluntarily shared their information with detectives.

CW’s Public Defender must have a pretty high opinion of himself if he thinks he’s going to be able to convince 12 jurors that Shanann Watts strangled her children.

I see that written all the time, but that would eventuate into a hung jury, causing another trial. It would not let him off the hook. One juror not able to convict does not mean that all other jurors will find him not guilty, just that they could not agree with the one hold out.

Yeah. The “only convincing one” thing, would only really be relevant to the death penalty phase, where all the jurors have to agree.

While SW was in NC she posted a picture of baby clothes that she purchased for the unborn child. They were blue in shades but SW said they were unisex.
SW said to a friend on Facebook in response to that picture, that she thought she was having another girl but was hoping for a boy.
So at that point SW did not know the sex of the child on July 14th based on her comment.
When SW came back from NC and went to AZ within days, I don''t imagine SW had a doctor appointment between those dates to confirm the sex.
Did she have one in NC after July 14th and/or before she returned to CO?
If SW did, I would have assumed she would have posted something on SM about the sex of the child (although she may have wanted to save the news for a gender reveal party that we know she had planned).
Or, was the sex determined of the child after she was murdered due to the condition of her body when she was discovered? I am thinking that is the case and the family was told by LE that the baby was a little boy.

Why would SW not tell the truth on SM in reference to her personal posts? I think SW was "too open a book" to a fault actually.

The main reason for these SM posts was to sell more merchandise. So it was not really all about the total truth. It was about painting a certain narrative to help build up her business.

She may have had an early blood test to find out it was a boy---but she had a gender party reveal planned--so she would not want to reveal that yet. That 'gender reveal' would make a great video, lots of hits, so it is better to wait.

Great points. And that’s exactly the danger we face when trying to paint a picture of her, and her marriage, through social media posts. They aren’t the reality in most cases, let alone here, where she was trying to draw interest for her business.

True! Not as bad as an aquittal but the thought of the family sitting through the horrific details that come up in a trial, expecting justice — it would be a sock in the stomach when he’s not convicted and to then have to begin the whole process again ..... Meanwhile, CW gets to sit in the courtroom w/attorneys catering to him instead of rotting in a cell where he belongs. Hung jury is bad enough IMO.

No, I have not read every post in every thread. I am sure that would be close to a full time job and I already have one of those. I think when horrible things happen, the human mind wants to rationalize it in some way. In an attempt to understand "why" a human could commit such an inhumane act, we draw from our own life experiences and project our personal knowledge, opinions and beliefs. Sometimes it's easier to believe that there were "reasons" other the existence of pure evil for someone to commit heinous crimes. Because the existence of evil within humanity is a hard thing to stomach.

I haven't read whole of this thread but just to say I've read threads 1-17 and there actually weren't "people" posting about mad eyes or oil to keep the children warm. There was one new member, who posted that over & over and was quickly called out.
