It’s appalling to me that the defense team is having an issue with “leaks” to the the media. He’s grasping at straws that aren’t even there. He didn’t delete information or “evidence” because he didn’t think he would ever be caught. Of course this was premeditated. I’m sorry, I just have to vent every now and then.

It was private property, and he essentially robbed another entity of that private property by tainting/wrecking it.

Not to mention, he had no ownership of the crude oil in those tanks. Or the tanks themselves.

Apparently, from other things I have read, she has dabbled in several MLM's aside from Thrive, including LLR, and younique, i think there were one or two more, as well.

I have a friend who is over 6 ft tall and strong looking. He also has a heart problem, but it doesn't show. He has been harassed by people, even friends, when he can't do something. He has been harassed for parking in handicap parking (he has a placard and he can't walk very far) including once by a police officer who detained and questioned him (I was there when it happened). I was surprised how hard it can be when people can't see your ailment. Pain is hard to see also.

It really is hard. I deal with it myself but to a lesser degree. I know my husband tunes me out. My mil, ugh...n/v...

I believe she had fibro and lupus and I believe the kids were legitimately sick, and I'm sure if given the chance they would have outgrown many of the issues. Adenoid issues for one is very common. But even so, SW still could have enjoyed getting attention. She enjoyed fb live, plugging Thrive, selling. She was Type A and dominant. But, none of this is of bad character. In the videos I saw of her I thought she lacked self-awareness, perhaps even exhibited a bit of a mean streak. CW seemed to be quite self-aware but a push-over. SW did show some contempt for CW and perhaps there was a reason for that. Despite all of this, while analyzing these 2 to try and get a grasp on their relationship dynamic (and perhaps to even find a "why") it doesn't change the fact that CW murdered SW and his son. And one thing is very clear -- you can't judge a book by it's cover! Still, we are only burdened by the rules of this site, not as a judge and jury. Since CW is still innocent of killing his girls until proven otherwise, meaning it has to be proven SW did, we should be free to analyze and make our own summations...again, within the constraints of this site, of course.

Well I only know CW side since SW is deceased so everything I am basing my opinion off of is CW side of things.

ETA : CW side, he killed SW and Nico in a Rage. He disposed of their bodies including his little girls in crude oil. He was having an affair.
And to add to all that his TV interviews of him grinning and giggling.
So yes there is 2 sides but we will only hear CW because Shanann is Dead

I agree. I just meant moreso that I want to see evidence/facts before I completely condemn someone who hasn’t even gone to trial yet. SW didn’t kill herself, she’s still a victim. I appreciate having a VI, and having a view into how their perspective was on all involved. However, their view on things will go off memories they have, and their own personal feelings. Not discounting them, but I think evidence will speak for itself, as well as the charges. Obviously LE wouldn’t have given the charges they did, if they didn’t believe they’d be able to prove without a shadow of a doubt he is guilty.

Oh the girls are so precious. Both sets of grandparents must have such broken hearts. My grandbabies live with me (with their mama here too) and I miss them when they're away for the day or if I leave town for a day or two. I can't imagine.

Must be devastating for them and the families. Cannot begin to imagine.

I have a difficult time thinking he was observing religious restrictions on methods of burial after he (IMO) killed them and took them off for that horrid burial without even having authorities check to see if they were alive or if they could be helped.

I cannot figure out how to reply to specific posts/quote them in a box the way you all do, but I want to ask Trinket about the TV interviews CW gave. How is it that knowing his wife and children were dead he did not seem to have any emotion or sadness at all? He was able to smile and laugh and not shed a single tear or say anything specific about his children, children he knew were dead. Does this not give you pause? Thanks for being here.

So they've been on vacation for 6 weeks, he spent one week of that with them, then when they get home, he's in charge of them for 2-3 nights (How many?) and he leaves them with a babysitter? I wonder what hours the babysitter was there that night.

We really do not have confirmation about there being a babysitter on Saturday evening. The father of the child celebrating a birthday on Sunday allegedly posted that his daughter babysat the girls on Saturday, which was construed as occurring on Saturday 8/11, but then his wife allegedly posted a correction that her daughter was helping assemble birthday party guest bags on 8/11, and that she babysat the Saturday prior. I know these posts have been circulating, and maybe somebody captured screen shots. MOO

Unrelated to the named babysitter above , an earlier, unverified insider indicated that CW had the girls out late Saturday at a friends house. At first I thought she meant they spent the night at friends house but Member corrected me and said that CW took the girls home late. I'm wondering if the 3 of them were at a friends home, and CW stepped out for a few hours, and later in the evening collected the girls and took them home. Perhaps this explains the "babysitter" theory. I believe these friends may be witnesses and why they've not spoken. Are there any reports that the girls were tired, lethargic at the birthday? I believe they had a fairly early bedtime schedule, and were off their schedule Saturday. MOO
