@PommyMommy

This is the part from the video you kindly posted that I thought was contradictory. I see now that because of this bad relationship she took something good from it:
" She says she was in a place for a long time where she was very insecure, didn't feel good about herself, wasn't happy, was in a bad relationship and went through a really awful divorce. She lost her confidence and had to start over financially. Everything that she had doubted before came flooding back. Her boss at the time took her under her wing and helped her regain her confidence. In short, she went through a long struggle with her ex, but credits him for making her a better person. She says she always sees the good in the bad and promises her viewers that if you dig deep enough into your struggle, you'll see the good and the positive in it."

This does make me wonder though about that relationship and whether it had any lasting effect on her.

He wasn't all that much freaked out because he was able to pull off quite a feat. Got 3 dead bodies safely into his truck. Drove the entire way to the dump site, without being stopped.

Carried out the disposal process without being noticed. So he lost a sheet in the wind. Overall, he accomplished quite a big task.

And he spent the morning at work, communicating with others, and not appearing 'freaked out' enough to attract attention. He was also able to carry on an in-depth conversation with the responding officers as they walked through his home.

So he wasn't all that freaked out, in my opinion.

No worries! When there's a post near the end of a thread that I want to reply to, I click the quote button, insert it into the text box and copy/paste the whole thing into the text box in the new thread. Once the thread is closed and you no longer have the quote option, it gets more complicated. I think you have to type although I've never tried that. At that point, I just link the post. MOO
Thank you! That makes sense. :)

What does it contradict? She went through a bad divorce and recovered from it. She fell in love again, regained her confidence, remarried, had children...

CW confessed to killing his wife and unborn son. He also confessed to disposing and concealing all 4 of them. It's very likely he will be convicted and justice will be served for doing so.

At this point, the courts haven't proven who's responsible for killing their 2 young daughters. No matter how likely it is that their father is responsible for killing all of them it has not been proven yet and that is a fact. Out of respect for the 2 girls, their family and friends I want their killer known. I think they deserve that even if it takes looking at all angles to come up with who their killer is.

Are you saying CW told LE where the bodies were but then left to go pick up his father at the airport after he had confessed to dumping their bodies?

not in that order! More like there seems to be a notion that he confessed only because they had him. I think he wanted the kids removed and that was the reason for the confession.

That is what I mean by they (LE) had nothing to charge him with until he did his formal confession.

What do you make of the fact that he saw Bella blue and that apparently is a vital reaction (during life) to the body's fight for oxygen?

Yes, they did and would have had plenty more regardless. He confessed AFTER they found the site via drone.

If he wanted the children removed, he would have never placed them there and let them rot for days until they had him cornered. JMO.

This is someone's post from the previous thread. It has some interesting moments.

CW is a liar and has lied repeatedly. It is a matter of provable fact. An affair, is in and of itself, a lie! It does, of necessity involve multiple lies. Since CW's AP was a co-worker (per LE) and Anadarko has rules about employees dating, CW lied at his job. CW confessed to the affair, thus confessing to these lies. CW lied to NUA about knowing where SW was and if she was okay. CW lied to LE about his family, their well-being, and their whereabouts. CW lied repeatedly during the three interviews. CW lied to the Thayers. CW lied about adultery, lied about crimes, and lied about covering up crimes. Some of his lies are also crimes (lying to LE to hide a crime or impede an investigation, etc.)

I think that SW's and CW's divorce might have gotten nasty. The fact that there was an affair with the co-worker would have been out. CW could have lost his job.

Another motivation for him to get rid of SW. The kids he simply did not need, I assume.

Ok, thank you. I wanted to clarify that order. LOL. He was going to be charged with these murders regardless of when. He dumped the bodies at his work site.

He let them soak in the toxic crude for days, at least 3 days IIRC. Most likely crossing his fingers that more evidence would be destroyed. If he didn't want them in there, maybe he should have buried them in the shallow grave with their mom. There, only vultures, foxes, coyotes, rats, and other varmints could get at them, but at least they wouldn't have been desecrated in toxic crude. Nope, those tanks were seldom emptied, re AB, as it took months to fill them. He was pretty sure that it could be months before they were found, and longer if they did not clog the filters. IMO

As an aside, he didn't have to confess. He didn't have to say a word. He could have lawyered up and refused comment the minute they uncovered his lies about the affair & cornered him, or his lies about knowing where his wife and daughters were and cornered him. He chose not to do so. He chose to speak.

IMO the only reason for his "confession" was to say, OK, you caught me (IMO probably via work truck GPS) and my actions led you to disturbed earth which was my pregnant wife in a shallow grave, right next to 2 huge oil tanks when my 2 daughters are missing, and one of our bedsheets at the site when the other was in my kitchen trash, but it really wasn't my fault.

My wife was the bad guy and did most of it, I was just defending my children and didn't think you'd believe me so I felt crude oil and dirt was the best option so I wouldn't be late for work.

Or something like that.

Honestly, I haven't given it much attention. I know others have and I can see why they are, but IMO it doesn't prove or disprove anything.

Hi all, have I missed anything today ? Was there a court hearing or something?

A scientific fact that proves he saw Bella during the act of her strangulation and not afterwards, doesn't grab your attention. That says quite a lot really. IMO.

Out of respect to the little girls, it's their father who has been charged with their murders and with the murder of their mother and unborn brother as well.

It's their father who crammed their dead bodies into oil storage tanks and it's their father who lied repeatedly to LE, family, friends and to the media. It's their father who refused to tell anyone they were really dead and not missing, and he also refused to tell anyone where they were.

It's their father who let his little two little girls float in oil storage tanks, rotting, for several days. Their mother's family gave them a funeral, and their caskets had to be closed because the two little girls didn't look anything like the two little girls they had been when they were alive.

Wow I can't find anything to support the idea that he "wanted his kids removed" at all, and it is clear from the affidavit that they found the bed sheet BEFORE CW confessed to anything at all. They would never have let him go pick up his father had he partially confessed. I think it is quite apparent that if he had been able to leave the children in the oil tanks forever and remain uncaused of their murder, he would have been satisfied. There is simply no way to reconcile his chipper appearance in the days following his children's murder if he did not do it himself. His remarkable lack of grief or concern is clear to all except those most obstinately devoted to salvaging his reputation for whatever reason. IMO, MOO.

If you read my post, I said that I see now... etc etc etc. Initially I though it contradictory and now I have a different view.
