I have felt from the beginning that CW was a lying, cheating, deceptive fraud who strangled his loving, supportive wife and wonderful mother of his 2 babies to death and also strangled the life out of those baby girls. And then dumped them in oil and buried his wife and unborn son in dirt, got a pizza, and grinned for the cameras in his shirt. jmo

I feel the same way.

Sorry to reply so late, but yes, I can definitely see the media hounding the AP, as well as her coworkers, for any information they can get. Then they will try to make a big story out of it. But I hope this doesn't happen. I would think this person has been through alot, as well as her family. She will probably never consider having an affair again. But I wouldn't be surprised if CW led her to believe he was already seperated and planned to continue a serious relationship with her. It may very well have played a part in his decision to go through with the murder. Jmo
I wonder if she'll ever have a normal life again.

I wonder if she'll ever have a normal life again.
People will forget, many will never know, and life will go on.

Everyone is different, but the fact that she didn’t have to testify, means that she has a much better chance of living a normal life than under the alternative.

He's going to kill himself. That's my belief. The minute he can he will. This kind of guy won't be able to stand hearing what's said about him and to him at sentencing. He will be so destroyed by that he won't be able to go on.

I think he's going to pull an Aaron Hernández or Ariel Castro after sentencing.

And he has nothing but prison to look forward to with no hope of getting out.

I say he takes himself out at the earliest possible opportunity.

I hope they watch him closely because he deserves to serve his sentence. Every last bit of it.

Fully agree with your comments here. Ive been skimming over these posts trying to catch up.. your posts make a great deal of sense to me. I believe he has narcissistic tendencies (covert ones) and I really like the summary you provide on this. I also believe he potentially has dependent personality disorder traits. Obviously no one can diagnose that via social media but it fits with some of his behaviours, eg instantly clinging to SW to form a relationship, SW having the more dominant, outgoing personality (which he gravitated towards and seemed ok with), no 'reported' sense of his own identity, friends etc. Combined it makes a dangerous combination. His whole identity would have been so caught up with hers, that once she started selling thrive and doing well at it, he would have felt incredibly threatened. A successful person who has many other people in her life is a huge threat to both a narcissistic and someone with dependent traits.

I fully agree with your comments above too about taking his life. Within the prison system, just after sentencing is the most likely time of suicidal attempts, hence why they are watched closely.

I also agree with your comments about his facial expression in that final picture. I believe he was already in the process of 'losing it' ie, the rage in which annihilators are said to feel when they begin the process was already building. I realise his rage towards SW was likely building for some time.

Thanks for sharing all your insights. I have loved following your posts throughout this case discussion as one of the many voices of reason on here.

I hope AP has a normal life. She must be thinking WTF, I got involved with a man that murdered his family and dumped his babies in oil tanks. I bet she has a lot of nightmares.
She is probably super embarrassed and humiliated that she hooked up with him. I think I would have to move far far away.

Agree. My understanding was that he was part of Shannan’s downline - so would have had earnings (obviously much smaller but I seem to recall him achieving targets and being rewarded), as well as earning her commission.

My thoughts are that it was SW who was probably the one who was behind the scenes making it happen for him and doing the work. I just can't see him making any extraordinary efforts, except to make sure he had himself a good time, behind SW's back. JMO.

If I were her, I would move far away and start fresh.

Actually I think deleting his facebook or making it private or whatever he did with it (IDK) is probably a significant date. I think that could be when he may have started the pretence (to someone) that he was a single man.

I just got home from the office and read The Written Waiver and Guilty Plea. Based on the dates not being changed post-autopsy on the charges for the girls, I believe he killed those tiny little girls before SW ever made it home. He had this evil plot all planned out. What a freaking monster!!

Would CW’s family have been informed in advance of the status hearing that he was going to plead guilty? I wonder how it all works on the defense side. It must have been very difficult for them. If they’ve been processing his version of events and accepting that as the truth for the last few months, it must be very difficult to do a complete turnaround and process this “new” reality.

What a trail of victims he leaves.

I think it’s just as likely that no determination could be made. When you’re talking about something as little as a few hours difference, there may be no telling.

I can’t wait until the 19th!

Possible but these types are pretty methodical. I have always thought he had this planned. I mean, who the hell just on the spur of the moment decides they are dumping their children in crude? Nope. It just doesn't happen.

ETA: They started begging for an offer right about the time the autopsy reports came in so I still believe they are damning.

My gut feeling from the start is that the girls were gone before SW got home, and that he was essentially laying in wait for her. I don’t know if we’ll ever know.

I’d like to know what the girls were wearing - pajamas or day clothes. Horrific to even think about.

Exactly and obviously just kept getting deeper and deeper and deeper into the proverbial hole to make it all look like a perfect life. I have felt this way from the beginning.
There is no evidence of any of that, especially that they were in ANY KIND of a hole. They had a bankruptcy, many people do, and they came back stronger. They had a dispute with homeowners, again not unusual. All of this has been regurgitated before and answered. What does this have to do with a murderer who has pleaded guilty to five first degree murders? What does this have to do with a man who brutally murdered his two previous children and dropped their bodies into dark, dank tanks of viscous, cloying oil? What makes this relevant now?

I believe they knew only couple days before as they had to get a last minute flight to be there.

To my mind, Chris W is a Malignant Narcissist, Major personality disorder, which is one of the reasons for withholding his medical information ( aside from HIPPA.) There could also be other physical information in there which is damning. He planned the deaths of his wife and children. My question is were the girls already gone when SW returned home. I wonder if he began to formulate a plan, during her 6 week absence to NC, over the summer. More will be explained, just how much psycopathy there was, after autopsy results are made public ( if ever.) Though I'm an RN, I'm not a Psych nurse, but have had enough experience to see blatant signs. All this is MOO.

My take on the dates is that it's a legal issue - it's the last time the girls were independently verified to have been seen alive. They can't rely on getting truthful facts from CW.

I don’t know of a Michelle Young, but I was on the Michelle Carter/Conrad Roy thread if that’s who you meant!
No it was Michelle Young. I thought I recognized your username but it has been since 2011 when the 2nd trial ended (she was killed in 2006). I thought I remembered your name but I suppose someone else in the world could also love tiger lillies :)
