His mother's made him a doctor's appointment for 10am on Monday, and they've notified the Judge on her behalf?
Haaaaa. I wouldn’t be surprised if his mother still took him to his childhood pediatrician.

They probably stop for a Happy Meal right afterwards...

Would not be surprised!

Why wouldn't he want them to would you think?
Maybe it would just avoid any chance for drama on his big day.

The podcast that should not be named apparently has "A bombshell"....wonder what it could be.

I made the mistake of looking at their FB. The comments made me ill. Had to quickly shut it down before I lost control

Well the hosts have posted there is a bombshell coming tonight. I really hope it isn’t Chris is now trying to reject his plea.
It’s going to take an exclusive interview with the AP to get me to listen.

I have found out that all relationships are different. What works for one couple doesn't work for others. All relationships need communication. Chris chose not to communicate. I believe anyone that cooks 6 weeks of meals for their husband before they go out of town, would do whatever she needed to do to make him happy. He chose to look elsewhere and then kill them all. He had a choice. My mom used to say all the time, my dad looked like an angel out in public. He wasn't so pleasant at home. Everyone thought she was the bad guy. No one knew the truth but those of us that lived with him. I don't believe Chris was mister nice guy. There is no way he could have been as nice as he portrayed. He had a meanness in him, or he could never have killed is family.JMO

MCDRAW.
Seeing how badly your father treated your mother, must have been so hard on you, as a youngster.:(:(
Friends seeing your Mum, in a bad light, would perhaps encourage you, to support her more.
I think, similarly with CW, Shan'ann would definitely experience his bad side.
This side, is so bad, that he murdered his entire family, lied about it, and now will pay the consequences.
MOO.

They're releasing their "bombshell" sesh within the hour for anyone who can bring themselves to listen to it.
I'm going to bed.
Fresh nonsense awaits me in the morning, I expect.

Maybe the 5 to 17 year old that Mrs. Watts remembers “couldn’t have done this”. But the 33 year old married man that she clearly didn’t know as of late did do this. How many times have we heard people say, “Oh, he/she would never do this!” ... when people clearly have private, adult lives that we don’t have any idea what goes on.
I suspect part of the reason nobody had a clear idea of what was actually going in in CW's life is because he told everybody different stories according to what he knew they wanted to believe. Then by driving a wedge between them, he was able to keep up the deception. He probably complained to Shanann his mother was controlling and used her as an excuse for staying away. Then when his relationship fell apart, he told his parents all kinds of stories so they would support him. Whatever and whenever depending on what suited him at the time. He was probably lying about the separation to the AP, while making Shanann believe everything was ok. It was a recipe for disaster. Imo

Ok thank !
To be honest I wasn't talking about Chris, but in general regarding these situations.

You know, I am thinking, imagine, Shanann was a horrible yeller, screamed at him, screamed at kids, was all in her patches.

What would have prevented Chris from taping it and posting it on his FB? Totally ruining her business? And then making a motion to be the custodial parent?

That if he felt she was dangerous.

But, he did nothing of the kind. He merely passively-aggressively closed his FB, he made another kid with Shanann, and then he "very actively" strangled the family.

So, I don't even believe that she was a yeller, but even if she was...my parents were what people here would call "an Italian family", temperament-wise, and yet they very lovingly and loyally lived together till my mom died. No one cheated, no one was abusive, rather, the opposite.

I heard your story, I want to commend you for sharing and also for taking the steps to separate from your family. Our society tends to make us feel family before anything or anyone else but I disagree. Being a blood relative does not mean you have to endure unhealthy relationships. My mother is borderline NPD and I keep contact to a respectable minimum, she is just so unlpleasant to be around, she is really just flat out mean. I am the baby of the family, the golden child, so she does not project on to me nearly as much as she does my siblings. The day I graduated high school my father divorced her, he has been married to his second wife for 20 years now and I am so grateful they found each other. When he first married her he kept repeating “ she is just so nice”.

That is moving. I feel for your dad. Suffering for so long and not realizing it could be so much better.

Glad you were able to figure out how to create boundaries for yourself. To protect yourself.

I have a mother in law that is much like Cindy. Well my father in law is as well. It's a toxic environment to be around. They can't accept that THEY did things towards my husband that a loving parent wouldn't. So they blame him not being around them on ME. So be it. Their problem not mine. Living with that though, I can see some of what Shannan endured during her marriage. I'm much older than Shannan now, but in my younger years, early marriage, I tried so hard to figure out why I was hated. Tried to bend over backwards to please them. Nothing works. Nothing you say, or do is the right thing. You start to question why you're such a horrible person that can't get it right. Then finally it dawns on you, it's THEM not you. I hope Shannan was able to get to that point in her life, and realize any relationship problems between her husband and parents wasn't her fault.

Any chance she’ll shout out something? Like, “Noooooooooooooo!!! He didn’t do it!!! He’s innocent!!! Somebody, listen to me!!!
Then hopefully the judge will shout, "Shut that (blankety blank) down!"

Well, we were promised by CW's supporters that they had bombshell evidence that SW killed the girls, but they never came up with it in 50 threads.

I’m only saying I think it’s possible CW played a role in his mom and sister not attending the wedding.

I tend to agree with you. If he is anything like my ex, any little thing he and Shanann did or talked about, he told mommy dearest. Which all built up to her not going to the wedding. My ex MIL hated me, insisted on calling me a name I wouldn't answer to, made us cut short out already short and pathetic honeymoon...anything she could do to cause us to fight. She did come to the wedding, though. With a nasty look on her face!

I tried to listen to one of their podcasts, just because... The first 13+minutes was 3 ladies congratulating themselves on their success, shrieking with laughter, and not saying very much of import, with very shrill voices. Then they launched into the DA, and quoted lots of negative comments about him. It was like Trip Advisor for convicts. (Do NOT choose this jurisdiction to commit a crime, this DA is MEAN)
I was going to say I gave up listening shortly after, but to be honest I took a nap, it was that interesting. Bombshell coming up ? Reminds me of Nancy Grace......

My Dad was really just moody. He was the life of the party out in public and no one would have ever thought he was moody. My mom isn't very likable so it was easy to think she was the bad guy. And in a lot of ways she was, not with him, but with me. He was the buffer between us. He has been gone 16 years and I rarely see my mother now. As moody as my dad was, he was our protector. But I learned how people are out in public isn't always the way they are at home. I don't believe for a minute that Chris was as nice as he portrayed to the public. Had he been, he could never have entertained the idea of killing his family much less actually doing it.
