I've been about 3 threads behind since August - was close to being all caught up when the whole thread was put on the naughty step but then BAM guilty plea BAM Cindygate .

I am the daughter of a covert NPD mother who didn't come to our wedding and been no contact since then so I've found some posts on here very therapeutic and helpful hence poking my head above the parapet - can't remember all the IDs but you know who you are.

I hate the circumstances of how I got to know of Shannan and her little angels but I think her inspirational positivity, charisma and motherly love have touched far more people than the dastardly aspersions cast by other folk. MOO. I hope justice will prevail.

My Dad was really just moody. He was the life of the party out in public and no one would have ever thought he was moody. My mom isn't very likable so it was easy to think she was the bad guy. And in a lot of ways she was, not with him, but with me. He was the buffer between us. He has been gone 16 years and I rarely see my mother now. As moody as my dad was, he was our protector. But I learned how people are out in public isn't always the way they are at home. I don't believe for a minute that Chris was as nice as he portrayed to the public.
