I agree but also respectfully disagree. I personally think that having discussed both their true nature as well as their scoops has likely resulted in less interest to follow them in the future by people here. Sadly, while their shows are unprofessional IMO, they did have some legitimate ties to CW’s family and it has been valuable to have that insight at least for me. Last, we do not have a ton to discuss here right now. I respect your point, and I do believe they will be all but forgotten in one to two weeks time by just about everyone. IMO

There has been way too much attention and posting regarding them. By keeping the conversation going, we are driving people to them and sparking the flame. Giving them what they are seeking. Why are we even discussing rumors and unverified information? IMO

Maybe not decided, but she likely had a list of favorite names. Especially if she always wanted to be a mom! From what we know about her I'm thinking she had names picked out far in advance. I think she was a planner. Imo

Sorry if this has already been mentioned before, but I'm way behind and just wanted to vent. I just noticed the youtube channel that stole SW's personal videos and added misleading and derogatory descriptions to them for the sole purpose of providing CW fans a forum to spew their defamatory garbage now has a book pretty much based on that channel. The chapter descriptions basically match the videos descriptions, and of course, the 'infamous' squirt bottle and Santa videos each have their own chapters.

I'm sure that 'author' will sell lots of copies to his fans because people who rely on other peoples comments, FB, YT videos and gossipy podcasters for their news always buy tons of books. Not to mention it's already old news and many of CW's diehard fans have jumped ship.

Best thing is not to click on it.
These exploiters need to be ignored until they go away.

I wonder that too. It should not be that difficult to limit the number of people who can access a report that is under seal, or track down a leak.

They are not going to post the truth, it makes no sense to stop right before the sentencing, that is the grand finale. They have some issue, I hope they are shut down for good.

I was reading comments on their FB page and it looks like people are turning on them. Many were unhappy with the periscope episode. Some said it was 2.5 hours of nothing.

Stick a fork in them I think they are done

Just because we don't have a lot to discuss right now does not mean we should be going down that rabbit hole. Just because there is no other late breaking real news does not mean we should be debating the unverified and most likely false information from these people. It is difficult enough talking about the verified facts. Why keep the pot of misinformation boiling? In my opinion.

And from the videos and posts I have seen on SM, she was a wonderful mommy. Her girls were always happy, silly, loving, clean. She loved them and showed affection. They were allowed to be little girls. Dancing, wearing their princess dresses, allowed to shine. It makes it all the more heartbreaking. And I have the feeling our hearts will be more broken come Monday.

Absolutely. Never a doubt these children were wanted and loved by SW and Rzucek family especially. Modern technology made it possible for the girls to have breakfast with Granddad every morning. I'd challenge anyone that would say that SW extinguished these lives and knowingly took them away from her family. The anguish of Mr. Rzucek will stay with me forever. Do I dare repeat -- CW never deserved a family.

Did anyone think the way Mrs Watts described the girls was slightly unusual? She was focused on their temperament, which could also be seen as their behaviour.. Eg one calm, one a firecracker.

I wouldn't normally think much of it but with everything else such as the lack of emotion etc its missing details. Who were the girls? What did they like? What were the into doing? People are more than their temperament. IMO maybe she doesn't really know them and I wonder how well she tried to get to know them.

As for CW, he stood on his porch when his kids were missing and was asked to describe them. Again same thing.. Temperament. If my kids were missing, I would be giving info that would help locate them.. Eg clothing, height, looks, interests as well as temperament.

JMO and maybe Im over analyzing it

I hope it’s okay if I post this. The last few days have been so dark and sorrowful in here. A friend shared this song with me yesterday, and I’ve played it about a dozen times. It’s an instant soul cleanse and life affirmation. To Dear Shanann, It’s almost over. His day of reckoning is coming. I hope you’re happy now with your little girls and your little boy by your side, in a much brighter place.

Not completely buying it...their popularity is solely based on this case and their sources within it. To take a break now...makes zero sense to me other than something askew is afoot and they need time to regroup. IMO

Given the latest episodes were replete with rants over "mean posts" by those in disagreement, I'm hoping they received a cease and desist letter which they decided to honor until receiving their own legal advice. Just the letter to the Watts Judge verified they suffer from lack of intelligence! Podcast alleged technical difficulty reminds me of SW Family statement: " ....Shanann’s memory and reputation deserves to be protected. And her family is fully prepared to do so.”

There are certain limited circumstances when you can appeal a guilty plea and sentence, like if you are sentenced outside of the recommended sentencing range due to aggravating factors. I think the big one is if there are evidentiary or procedural issues that come up in the sentencing hearing. One of our trial lawyers may have some better examples.

Each state has a list of factors but many are procedural issues and are really more applicable to lesser crimes. If you plead guilty to burglary because you think you are going to get 5 years in jail but then the prosecutor sticks on a lot of aggravating factors that gets you 25 years, you may appeal your sentence.

I never heard of it either and for the first time I realized that this must be the same as MRS. Podcast, which I thought was Mrs. Podcast, as in married to a Mr. Podcast. Now I'm thinking the two are actually one... Maybe there are several called MRS?
