Since this plea deal was announced, many of us have speculated as to why he chose to go that route. I think today we got our answer in the form of that autopsy.

The story he told about Shanann strangling the kids was not supported by their causes of death. His defense lost all viability at this point, although I would argue that it wasn’t viable to begin with.

CW looking at vacation spots, jewelry, and selling the house, was the icing on the cake.

I'm so sorry - I went back and double checked. The tank top was the day before. There is a picture of her from the delayed flight, but she's leaning in and you cannot really see her shirt. It appears darker, but I couldn't say if it were blue, purple or grey.

I wish she would have waited to do erase stuff. Unsure what day exactly the erasing happened. I’m still glad she went to the police, but the DA did sound a tad displeased (‘for the most part we think she was forthcoming’). Hmm. Bet she went in on her own the first time, then was called back multiple times. She’s a “victim”, but I don’t trust her (there, I said it).

The other thing, with an iPhone, all you have to do is swipe a certain way on the message and the entire conversation could be gone in one instant. For all we know she did it in disgust when she told him she didn't want to hear from him again. I agree it's not ideal, but it might not have been done for nefarious reasons.

yes - i would think if they were alive when they went in the tank those fluids would have been found in their lungs as it would have been aspirated.
