I wondered whether the photographs the Rzuceks submitted to the court were intended for display at the hearing. It seemed a shame if that was the case for them to only go into the courts records and nothing more. Maybe the judge felt it might be detrimental to the proceedings and not help to maintain order in the courtroom or something. Anyone got any ideas on that?

I read at others sites, but only participated at Websleuths because rumors are not allowed. I am grateful for the rules. I couldn’t tolerate the Shanann bashing, anywhere. I truly grew to love Shanann, what a good person she was, and how hard she worked to be her best self. I cared. I never met her, but I mourn her loss and the loss of those two beautiful little girls. Once, every few years a murder grabs me, and I become totally invested in it. I don’t want the murderer to get away with it! I really appreciate having a place to go where people who are just as interested as I am can share their thoughts.

Couldn’t he at least wrap the girls in a blanket or comforter before squishing them through that 8” opening into that disgusting slippery nasty crude oil. Geez even druggie mommy baby killer Rochelle Bond wrapped little Bella Bond in a blanket and trash bag before dumping her child in the ocean.

In the autopsy report, Bella arrived to the coroner wrapped in a bed sheet "from retrieval process." I assume this is one of their bed sheets and that she was found with it?

Does anyone think - given that no fibres were found in the ear/nose/throat areas of the
children and little/no severe bruising on their faces - that Watts could have placed a plastic bag/barrier of some kind over their faces, placed a pillow on top and pressed down hard on that?

Would the previous presence of a plastic bag/sheet of some kind have been detectable after what he did to their bodies afterwards?

OMG, didn't they find a plastic bag with a footprint on it???

I hated every word of it! At one point I suggested we have 2 separate threads, one for CW one for SW, but it didn’t happen, so instead I got real good at scroll and roll, unless I was in a particularly feisty mood, and then I’d argue a little, but it was never satisfying because those CW supporters would never budge.

Is there a prison mugshot of CW yet??? I hope the murderer hates his new residence.

I read the autopsy report and wish I had not read it. It is bad enough that the murderer smothered his babies but disposed of them in such a horrific manner.
I hope he hears the dropping of the baby bodies into oil tanks in his head every day of his life.

Headed to add that she said the reason she went to the house was because the friends were calling her and asking her about the story. So she went to meet one of the friends at the house. And guess who it is! Nicole!

Not only did Nicole get the police there, she got the media there! Both of those were very very instrumental in getting him nailed early.

Just picture him if he hadn't been arrested yet. Really imagine it. He'd be whisking his girlfriend off to Aspen in her new jewelry, taking offers on his newly listed home without a care that his daughters are decomposing all alone in tanks of oil.

Yuck! Such a grim, grim thought! Sometimes I wish we could have seen his alternative reality and what he would have done. I'm sure it will be like what we all suspect. He would have moved on with his new love. I have no doubt when he was done with her, what he was capable of.

Like you say how could he not get images of his dead girls bodies in his head. I know it's unethical but some times I wish criminals were held more accountable for their crimes. Imagine if he was forced to view their dead bodies and could see for himself what those poor coroners and people who had to retrieve them saw.

Thank God for Nicole - her instincts,courage and determination in looking out for her friend, and doing everything in her power to help her. If not for her, who knows how this absolutely horrific event may have turned out. CW may have gotten away with it, or at the least a horrible trial may have been required. She is my hero. My thoughts are with Shanann's dear family and friends on the horrific loss of Shanann, Bella, CeCe and Nico. I am so glad Dieter is with Frankie and enjoying a lovely new life. Dieter must have had a pretty good idea that something horrific was happening to his family. Thank you Frankie for giving him a home - I know he will bring some comfort to you. Love to you all.

We all have our own reasons for being so deeply affected by this case.
At least the irrefutable facts are finally out there for everyone to see.

also something that has been gnawing at me is: How many lies had CW told his parents about SW in the past and up till the day she died to make himself the victim, to have them always feel like he was the one that was never enough for Shannan. When i believe in his own twisted mind she was the one that couldn't live up to what he felt he deserved as his ideal mate.....i think he is very vain and obviously killed for his own selfish needs. He never could comprehend what unconditional love truly meant, not from his family, not from his 2 beautiful girls and not from his amazing wife.....he truly has a black heart and soul and has no place to be truly loved in this life. Just sickening and i think he perpetuated all the misplaced conflicts that his own mother had with the victim. I believe from day one he never wanted Shannan to have any sort of meaningful relationship with his family! MOO
