PALISADE, Colo. (KRDO) - The Colorado Bureau of Investigation is searching for a missing 77-year-old woman out of Palisade, Colorado.

Suzan Harris was last seen September 15th at the 3700 block of Granada Drive.

Her vehicle is described as a gold or tan colored 1998 Toyota Corolla with a Colorado license plate issued to 652CYZ.

She is a white woman with gray hair and green eyes and is around 5’3” and 125 pounds.

Anyone who has seen Suzan, or know where she might be, is asked to call 911, or the Palisade Police Department at (970) 242-6707.

Vehicle with a single occupant recovered. Identity not yet confirmed.

PALISADE, Colo. (KKTV) - Police in one Colorado community are investigating after a body was pulled from a vehicle crashed in a canal.

The police department confirmed the vehicle belonged to Suzan Harris, a 77-year-old woman reported missing on Sept. 15. At the time she disappeared, police reported she may have left her Palisade home in that car.

The vehicle belongs to an elderly woman missing since mid-September, but law enforcement have not yet identified who the deceased person is.

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - New information about a body that was found over the weekend. According to the Mesa County Coroner’s office, 77-year-old Suzan Harris was found dead in her vehicle on November 3rd in the Government Highlife Canal.

Harris was a resident of Palisade, Colorado. She was reported missing back in September after neighbors grew suspicious of her whereabouts. An autopsy has been conducted in the case and the cause and manner of death are still pending further toxicological analysis.
