Wait. . . You get funyuns in jail? I’m gonna have to rethink a life of crime. Tell me there’s Reeses peanut butter cups and imma rethink my retirement plan!

Well, he's gotten the maximum number of snack boxes that they allow an inmate each month. Hopefully he reserved his funyuns for when he really needs them. No idea if they have Reese's PB cups in the jail snack packs.

I hope this starts on time. Enough with the waiting!

Bummer Barry won't get to choose where he sits.

JMO

Well if I chose where he sat, it might be a sparking chair.

Here for Suzanne!

I would pay to see his face when he hears he is not getting bond.

Me too. Chaffee County could make enough money to pay for the strain on its court system if they sold tickets.

Heck, I'd even buy a souvenir DVD with pictures of the hearing, just to see Barry's face when the Judge finally decides.

I live in the netherlands so it goes kind of different here.
It just seems a bit of a liability (i don´t know if that is the right word for it).

Because he could feel to proceed to trial because he signed the affidafit and if he doesnt he will maybe feel like losing face. Imo
I have always looked at it like the judge who studied the affidavit is the most knowledgable one about the case. And after he signs the affidavit, the state needs to then come forward and put up evidence of the claims they had set out.

The judge who is most familiar with those initial claims is the best choice to make the ruling on if it continues forward.

Oh indeed! Never looked at it that way and it really sounds logical. Thank you for your insight!
