We’re in Salida today for #BarryMorphew’s hearing. He’s accused of murdering his wife, #SuzanneMorphew, last year. Today, we’ll learn if a judge thinks there’s enough evidence to go to trial. We’ll also find out if Barry will be able to bond out ahead of a potential trial.

Friends, I really believe we will see the AA released today. The biggest decision for Judge Murphy is to go forward with trial and bail. Either way he decides will have de-riders and supporters. The AA needs to be released at the same time to show the public "why" he ruled the way he did. Without it being released, Judge Murphy will be the target of a lot of speculation as to his decision. IMO.

NoSI is there for Suzanne and I like to think for us, as well.

I do not fault Suzanne's family and dear friends watching via Webex. I probably would have done the same. When there is a trial, they'll be stuck with him for long enough.

I am literally pacing around my living room. My wife thinks I’m crazy. I’m very confident that there’s more than enough evidence but you just never really know for sure.

Judge Patrick Murphy is now in the courtroom. He apologized for the delay because of the extra security screening. Same rules apply like the preliminary hearing.
