She has been railing against LS from the beginning up to the day the case was dismissed without prejudice. I don't think that is going to change.

Honestly, I think IE and team has had some misconduct in this case also.

JMO
I wonder if IE and LS have some history we don’t know about. Egos involved?

I understand that IE is working for BM but when does lying and twisting the facts become “respectable” practice? Purposely deceiving the general public about the facts of this case? Never, in my mind! If she would just keep her big mouth shut, I could muster some respect for her. She KNOWS the truth of the matter but decidedly goes out on a mission of deception.

While I’m at it, shame on any station that does not do its’ due diligence to get to the actual truth of the matter. They are part of the problem here. IE should be called out on her lies and obfuscation of the truth. Isn’t that what “investigative” journalism is about?

I’m just utterly disgusted that “THAT woman” gets to spew her lies trying to make “THAT man” look like a victim of the legal system. Makes me ILL! MOO. End of rant, for now.

I have zero interest in hearing Iris on Good Morning America unless she brings her client with her and his lips unzip.

Yes please bring Barry on live.

Please tell us Barry how much you love Suzanne but thought it was too soon to have pressers or search for her.

Tell us how much you loved her when you left that lump asleep in bed on Mother’s Day to dispose of trash in Broomfield and to take a nap in the Holiday Inn and to not work though you said you had a job there. Tell us how you left your wife alone on Mother’s Day when you loved her so much.

Tell us how you came onto her friend and said Suzanne would approve of you hooking up.

Tell us all about your dumpster affair.

Keep talking and we will watch your body language. Oh yes and dress up like you did for court in your tight white tee shirts and jeans.

Oh and lest I forget! Please Barry, tell us why you told Suzanne’s family you passed a lie detector test when you refused to even take one.

The defense lawyers did their job-as expected. The LE investigation and DA failed at their jobs.

True. But the biggest failure of all was the suspect that failed his wife under the biblical vows and commandments he professes to live by.

I don't think her goal is justice. Her goal is media attention on her to get more clients and more money. If it was about justice then well things would have went differently.

No no no. the judge failed at his!

So you admit they lied and obfuscated and distorted? “As expected.” To get paid big money to do that must be something every criminal aspires to be.

Well if you were hiding a body, I would say you would hide it on the north facing side. Right? I hope LE finds Suzanne and the DA gets their man this summer. I hate knowing he walks freely among us.
I would guess that BM's focus is not so much on when the snow melts..but rather...which mine provides the least potential for access and search. Concealment from permanent search would be his primary motivation, imo, with or without snow.

Rest assured @Seattle1 that “profession” will get him in the end.

Since it's springtime, I imagine IE wants BM busy inspecting the bobcat blade, trailer tires, and his Ford so he can hit the road and begin stockpiling cash to pay for his next defense. I don't expect that IE works for free or offers discounts. Nope.. no time for cameras.... not 20 seconds, or otherwise. MOO

And? I fail to see what your point is.

My point?

A murderer is enjoying freedom and some public support due to incompetence.

Probably so.

As someone who pays my taxes, income and otherwise, I sure do wish the IRS would get in there and stop BM’s practice of paying workers cash that likely goes unreported. (Is he paid likewise for his seemingly undocumented subcontract?). If I were paying a defense attorney $500,000 I’d have to earn quite a bit more than that $500,000 to have it to do so. BM should be no different.

I agree with you there. Mistakes were made. The mistakes complicated an already complicated case with no body or physical evidence.

Didn't we learn that, prior to being arrested (and possibly in preparation for leaving the area if not the country), BM took his Beloved Bobcat back to Indiana? Has he had time to go get it or might he be doing that now since the dismissal? MOO

Cash business has never been illegal -- underreporting income is illegal.

And speaking of cash -- federal government alone has forced millions of cash transactions by preventing otherwise legal businesses (marijuana) from using banks like any other business!

No -- that was a rumor perpetuated by a YT no longer approved on WS.

Cash payments are not illegal...but, if that payroll exceeds $600 per year....1099s are required to be issued. That would have involved Suzanne, I think, as she did his books. Would be interesting to know if this were a point of contention or disagreement.

Oh, I could definitely see that as a possibility. Two very large-and-in-charge alpha females butting heads. Not saying there's anything wrong with that, but when it might prejudice your case (either one's) it's a problem.

MOO
