I know where my best bet is.

I just remembered, that she lived already at her boyfriend's home, because of the tumultous family life, didn't she?

I don't know that has ever been established as factual and if it was, I don't recall where it came from as so much was swirling around in the first couple months after Suzanne disappeared.

She's also a private attorney and takes her own cases. IMO, there's a big difference between her taking a case in her private capacity and the innocence project reviewing and taking a case.

Just to clarify the meaning of Ejectment vs Eviction as per google
"An eviction is of a party that has a legal right to occupy property usually through a lease. An ejectment is against a person who has no legal right to occupy property". Sounds kind of interesting to me although there really are not any details shown other than the parties and the charge.

Lol okay, so that means she lied to her boyfriend who immediately told LE that there was talk of divorce.

ABC did a good job of showing the other side. Right after that clip, they put some of Suzanne's texts up like the one below. They could have also shown the one from the same day from SM that said, "She (Macy) even mentioned a restraining order. I'm sick I had a conversations like that with my 16yr old."

She said that they were "not doing well" and that it was for the best that they would separate. Macy reported that they (Barry and Suzanne) were both in an "unsafe place" emotionally.

Macy stated, "Him (Miles) and my dad are different people and they (Suzanne and Barry) argue and, I mean, they get in fights and...I don't know they both have - they both have just not felt safe at some point." Macy added that Suzanne and Barry "weren't getting along" and had discussed divorce.7

"I'm just so sad and Mal and I texted mom for Mother's Day and she still hasn't answered and I'm scared her and dad probably got in a big fight and I don't even know it just made me want to be gone even more because I don't want to be around them it hurts me and I know if Mal is working I might have to be home a lot more and it'll probably be the worst summer of my life."

Defendant made a representation to Plaintiffs that he needed the 1 acre lot to be able to sell his adjoining parcel. Said statement was false and known by Defendant to be false.

Barry lied??? No way.
