Much info is being posted at Suzanne's "No Discussion" link since she's been found. Anyone who follows true crime needs a day like this ... a miracle and so grateful the stars were aligned. ;)

Had he done that, I think he’d have done a much better job of hiding her; this was sloppy. I saw a video of the location on the Colorado CBS affiliate (CBS 4), and if they weren’t using stock footage, this was a really bad place to hide a body. It was right next to some sort of barn.
Interesting. I vaguely remember a story from 2020 about buried bodies found on a property of a man sought for drug trafficking and I thought that was in the Sagouche area.

Yes, here it is:

I wonder if BM chose that area in the hope it would point suspicion that direction.

However, a random abductor drug trafficker would not bother to try to misdirect LE by tossing a bike helmet in the opposite direction from that he is taking his abductee.

The 49-year-old's bones were found in a remote, dry desert field of sagebrush and natural grasses south of Moffat, according to Saguache County Coroner Tom Perrin. He said it appeared that the remains had been buried in a shallow grave before being scattered.

Perrin was called to the scene to collect the remains on Friday, and transported them to El Paso County for an autopsy. Wednesday, they were positively identified as Morphew's.

Even tho her bones were scattered, Dylan Redwine's bones were also scattered, yet his father received a guilty verdict.
I need to remember this...

Where's Barry?

Wait a sec. I do not recall reading about BM living in IND. these days but very well could have missed it.

Anyone have a link handy? TiA

I looked hard but find conflicting MSM reports. He's in Denver. He's in Indiana. He's living in SD's house.

I expect some good journalism to come out in the next week or so. I know we read here (in MSM sources) that he was going back to Indiana (and that he doesn't own a place in CO). He's currently not charged with anything so I can't post what I find via various background checks.

IMO.

Well I'm off...nice to see you all again regarding something positive.

Next: poor little Summer

Autopsy on her body, scattered bones, body found in a shallow grave, etc.
IMO, these seem to be conflicting terms used to describe the condition of Suzanne's body. In the event LE suspects BM desired for her body to be destroyed by wild animals, they may be holding those cards very close to their chest. Or, purposely releasing conflicting information.

I hope that is the case as sweating, vomiting and releasing his bowels will serve BM well.

And the remains of Jennifer Dulos so her loved ones can have her back to put her properly to rest.

This is absolutely one of the happiest days of my life! Whether Justice is served will be determined, but she can be buried properly and everyone knows she didn’t run off! Praise God!
I'm a firm believer that God works in mysterious ways. Hoping justice served.

Not sure if double jeopardy applies ?
Wouldn't be surprised if the husband has her quickly cremated, though.
Gotta hide that evidence, if he did it. (I kinda think he is responsible, doesn't seem like the wife had many enemies ?)
Omo.

It does not. That's what "dismissed without prejudice means." He was charged and then charges were dismissed "without prejudice," which means ( I believe ) that charges can be refiled.

Double jeopardy refers to not having charges for the same thing, twice. It refers to being tried and found innocent and then charged again.

Double jeopardy does not apply here. He has not been through an entire trial and been found innocent. He was charged and then charges were dismissed.

They can be re-filed. And that's now what we're waiting for.

Give dailymail a few hours and I’m sure they will have a nice updated photo of Barry and where he is for us.

(remember him grilling with peanut butter)

I’ll give them something they always have the best photos - at least in this case.

Too many posts to read but has anyone seen YouTube, videos of the area. Moffat claims to be the Elk hunting capital of the world.
Maybe that's how he became familiar with that area? I wonder if any of his hunting buddies ever remember going to that area with him?

Antelope are common in the flats like the valley
West of Barry’s home in higher altitudes and forests for elk
Every Fall season Gunnison is filled with hunters

Suzanne has been found, hallelujah!!!!!!!
I’m finding out this great news a little late today. I’ve been on a little break but have been checking Suzanne’s thread every so often hoping and praying the day would come that she was finally found. Checked in here when I got home a few minutes ago, saw @MassGuy’s post and almost couldn’t breathe for a few seconds then the waterworks started flowing and just wanted to post some initial thoughts and then go back and read everyone’s posts to get filled in on the details of her discovery.

It’s been over 3 long years we’ve all been waiting for this day to come and it’s finally here. It’s hard for me to put everything I’m feeling into words atm but just want to say I’m just so relieved to hear this news and so happy for her family in Indiana, Andy, Melinda, David, their baby Sister has been found and can be brought home to receive the proper burial she so deserves.

One last thing. I hope that, wherever he is, BM is shaking in his cowboy boots, and here’s to hoping he has some shiny new bracelets on his wrists sooner than later!

Now off to read….

morphew-garage.jpg

Here is a photo of BM’s PP garage. Motorcycle and a bike in the back, not sure if that is an e-bike. I cannot find the photo of the RR in the garage with the barrels. I thought there was an ATV in that one.
