Wonder if he will die before he’s held accountable.
No, that would be too easy an out to live the rest of his life 'free'.

I'd like him to live every minute of his current life looking over his shoulder and in constant dread. Then arrested and go to trial to be found guilty and live the rest of his life in some squalid prison cell. I hope prison is a living h*ll for him.

Have I been subtle enough??

Happy Mother's Day all!

Happy Mother’s Day folks.

Except you, Barry.
Have a crappy ‘Not Husband’s Day’

Justice will prevail - it's coming one day, it will be here for Suzanne Morphew.

Thought a lot about Suzanne yesterday and today. Hoping that Suzanne's daughters have much love and support.

Suzanne, we never knew of you till after you were gone. I’m praying your girls really miss you today and know now you would never have left them.

Suzanne has been in my thoughts.

The waiting is hard. I remember wondering whether the McStay family had just run away, and watch the Dan Markel murder trials closely. Justice delayed is not always justice denied. We can wait for it to be done right.

Suzanne deserved so much more. She will be forever in my mind.

I've pretty much given up. :(
Cheer up said the little bird - things could be worse. So I did and they were. Eh?

I’ve been on this case daily since 10 days after she died. I’m still confident he will get his due.
His new DA is building staff and getting the case tightened up.

I don’t understand why SUZANNE’s daughters haven’t taken her remains for a burial. I mean, she was their MOTHER.

Has BM not given his permission for them to do so?

And if he or they don’t want the remains, why won’t they let SUZANNE’s birth family have them?

Hard to believe that the daughters would hold SUZANNE hostage because she had an affair.

Seems the BM et al are a very hard-hearted bunch.

Suzanne clawed for transparency. She no longer wanted to live under Barry's thumb. Not acceptable to Barrz however so he murdered her. Now her daughters live under that same dumb thumb.

Two realities, one that can't be acknowledged and one that's... just a lie.

It's not safe to cross him.

Someone famous (I’m too old to remember) said “Give me liberty or give me death.”
That applies to me.
I would never have been as trusting as Suzanne.

Until LE comes out and declares the case is cold or they don't have enough evidence to bring BM to trial, I believe we will see a trial and we will see BM convicted.

I'm just tired of waiting for BM to get arrested again. I hope he never has a good night's sleep, waiting for the knock or the ram through the door.

Every day not locked up is a gift for BM. That's really irritating to me as a total bystander; I don't know how her family can bear it.

Wouldn't you think that has got to be somewhat nerve-racking? He couldn't possibly be that apathetic ... or could he?

I can't imagine this doesn't weight on him heavily. I take some satisfaction in that.

Here's the latest reporting on Anne Kelly's term as 12th JD District Attorney. She has had a rebuilding job to do after the disgrace of her predecessor, but now has a full slate of murder cases.

Some of us will note that she has been running a grand jury for the past year, and that she has asked the judge to authorize another.

Thanks for this -- interesting...

...though I admit to being a bit like Dug the dog from Up when it comes to this case -- the tiniest crumb of new/ relevant info makes me stop where I am, come smartly to attention, scan the information horizon and think CHIPMUNK!!!
