As we approach Suzanne's Birthday, a statue that reads "In Memory of a Loving Mother" is positioned near the area where #SuzanneMorphew bike was found in Chaffee County. #FindSuzanne

We discussed Sheriff Speeze's press release in Nov 2020. I'd like to go over a specific aspect of it again, if anyone else is interested. Which app would be best utilized for someone with sketchy wifi coverage? Did SM ride her bicycle to an area with better wifi coverage? My SIL cycles 20 miles almost daily with an attachment on his bike for a cellphone.

What is this part of his statement alluding to? Is it implying SM had a close friend who was helping her or convincing her, I don't know, possibly to escape a troubled marriage? Did SM ride her bicycle to the bridge and toss it herself as part of a plan?

Investigators say Suzanne kept in touch with friends she loved dearly.

Who are these people? It is not her family members. They're friends. From Salida? Heck, many of her neighbors didn't even know her, according to the last LS interview. From Indiana? From some other location, perhaps internationally?

Who would be in trouble if a friend told LEO something they learned via social media with Suzanne? Why might they be in trouble? Does this imply SM might be the one who'd be in trouble? Did SM request secrecy regarding something important?

LEO wants "new" information bc apparently they have accessed as much of the old information as possible during the first six months she was missing.

I had to google Voxer to learn it's a tap to talk in real time with walkie talkie style comms. It's a tech that allows texting a voice message that can played in real time or saved until later. I can do that without an app so I don't understand the benefit of this app.
To locate friends, one must have their email address which makes it seem a bit safe so you're communicating with someone you know well enough to possess their email addy.

"WhatsApp: Some folks have two numbers associated to two different WhatsApp accounts. You can still use them both on a single PC. To do that, you will need to open WhatsApp Web in two different browsers, such as Chrome and Opera. Alternately, you can open WhatsApp Web in an incognito window, but that logs out after an hour."

Two numbers, huh? So your phone bill would be charged for each number? Large groups of photos can be received or sent so when traveling this app would be convenient to send images by using wifi connection. Incognito browsing does not leave a history...

"WhatsApp is an international text messaging app for smartphones." Again, this is convenient when traveling out of the country.

So many questions and answers will be speculative based on what the few known facts...

Looking at the engraved stone & statue feels like I’m invading a private space for a grieving family without answers.

We all will look at this differently. For the Morphew’s, who don’t know where their loved one is, this is a location where they believe she was (regardless of what others think), it’s maybe a marker for them. The statue is probably very meaningful to them, as it was to their mom. It might have been very difficult to leave it, but it brings them a little comfort. IMO

I don’t follow many cases & my initial interest in this one was the mass SAR effort for a potential outdoor mishap.

When was SM declared deceased (is that even legally possible yet?)

When and what possessions of hers were all sold?

It appears BM gave the middle finger to the media and the public. He doesn’t trust either. He never gave them a crying, sobbing husband in front of the cameras or his attendance at any vigils, who were attended mainly by people who never knew SM. (IMO) He didn’t check the box of the “prove the husband didn’t do it” public playbook. Privately, I’m comfortable saying I don’t know what he’s done. I do think roaming around looking for a dead body is probably a wasted effort. I also wish no family member to ever see that anyway.

Selling of the properties- is he leaving CO for good?

The guardianship- this appears to be legal & the procedure to take care of the above.

*I* need more than the husband always did it. If I was sitting on a jury, I would need way more than the above. If BM is the cause of SM’s disappearance, I think he will be arrested. IMO

I was speaking cases in general not specific to this case. Trying to look at the odds with these kind of facts. I always leave room for another suspect.

In Suzanne’s case she has not been declared deceased but guardianship was acquired to sell her properties.

Is BM leaving CO? We don’t know.

BM was seen at a second hand store trying to get rid of Suzanne’s clothes and the store owner declined them.

The crying and sobbing is due to getting overwhelmed feelings. When you look at truly grieving people you can see it in their physiology.
He may not have had anything to do with her death, but MOO he is not grieving.
