Omg just a thought the daughters my heart breaks for them this is just awful for them. I get that it might be related to the staging of the bike, but surely perps stage scenes and lie to LE all the time, and we don’t normally see this charge?

The premeditation does not surprise me. Of the little info we knew, there were too many coincidences that made it seem planned. Daughters out of town, full moon, spare bike, etc...

Only yesterday after watching the birthday tributes I thought to myself “she’s never going to be found” and BAM!!!

Agree. Chris said in his video (from Salida) that it was his understanding that officials "raided" (his word, I believe) wherever BM was this morning and arrested him. That doesn't sound like a confession scenario.....JMO.

My guess is that ole' BM will plead innocent to the bitter end ?
