@Lyanna you and me both, my dear. There is no way I will fall asleep early tonight. I have lost so many hours of sleep over the last year, waking up at 2, 3, and 4 am (in EU) to watch for YT updates, and just pure adrenalin, from this case.

I am so relieved and heartbroken at the same time for Suzanne's family today. I am sure they NEVER wanted any of this. Only ONE person did.

Updates from the Chaffee County Sheriff’s Office have been few and far-between throughout the process of this investigation. On Wednesday at 3 p.m., Sheriff John Spezze will join 11th Judicial District Attorney Linda Stanley for a press conference.

I don’t want to say I can’t believe it, but I’m so shocked! I hadn’t given up but I thought it would be a good long while before I saw this day come.

My heart aches for her daughters. This Mother’s Day will be so hard for them. Maybe they can visit BM in jail on Father’s Day.

Agree. On the face of it, this sounds like attempted bribery, right? Will be interesting to see what the details are....
I'm encouraged that they have the tampering with evidence and 1st degree murder charge - that sounds to me like they have strong physical evidence (even without a body). JMO.

Could be bribery... I certainly wouldn’t put it past Barry. But I was thinking more along the lines of him spinning tales to an acquaintance who happens to be in public office, and persuading the acquaintance to speak out on his behalf.

Yes! The next step is to bring Suzanne home.

Hopefully pressure from the family towards B.M. will accomplish this and he will provide the information needed.

Suzanne deserves a proper burial.

You have been so dedicated to Suzanne, its amazing and beautiful to see how many strangers have come together for her and wanting justice for her and for the truth to be revealed.
Its VERY emotional, I wasn't expecting it to feel like this.
That combined LE team with CCSO, CBI, FBI etc. they never gave up - they're amazing!!
