OR could there be a new charge filed against Inmate Morphew?

It really looks like new charges. That's what a new case number usually means. It's a different case. JMO.

That’s very weird if it’s about the same case and person the case number are the same.

The prosecution was given 10 days to file formal charges on BM at his 5/6 hearing. Perhaps that is what today’s advisement was? JMO

Not sure why it would have a different case number though.

Would D = Detainee as the identifier of the inmate

CR = case record

so multiple cases for a detainee?

CR = Criminal

I posted a link in my above post #264. I believe that there are two advisement hearings. This one may be where the charges are read and Barry enters a plea.

The future one is a status conference. The one that happened this morning was an advisement hearing-wouldn’t it have been available via webex? This feels odd.

I think that the defense was given a week to read the AA and there was an advisement hearing set for today, 5/13, to state the charges and perhaps at this hearing this morning Barry enters a "guilty" or "not guilty" to the charges.
