Can you all see Barry in the court room?
I zoomed all the way in, and then clicked Full screen view. BM is seated on the left

Linda Stanley is on the WebEx.

Yes, BM is sitting to the right of defense attorney @ the end of what is usually the jurors box. MOO

Barry is in orange stripes, and a mask.

Now #BarryMorphew attorney's are arguing to see emails/texts from law enforcement saying that they are witness statements. Iris Eytan says it should be ALL be preserved from the time the case began until it is resolved. Prosecutors say it's not possible or feasible.

I don't know why that box is dark for me so I can't see the courtroom at all. Only the judge.

That was a little weird last night when CM told people in Salida to go get the statue, and then had to admit it could mean something to the girls, and best not to take it. Someone will anyway, imo.

I was disappointed when CM told people in Salida to get the statue. Yeah, just go get it. I was relieved when SM’s sister said no, she was told the girls put it there for their mom, to leave it alone. IMO

I wish I could say that I’m impressed with the lead prosecutor thus far….

My thoughts exactly! Tell me this guy is not going to be in charge of getting Suzanne justice.

Yeah he should be careful about driving his own wedge, the girls are the logical owners of their Mom's things, imo.

So, can anyone in WebEx help fill in the blanks here for folks not viewing live?

Yup Defense attorneys gotta do what they gotta do.
Agreed, I think it's their job. throw a bunch of stuff at once and see what sticks!
Lord knows I could never do it!!!
I finally got on! Yes I can see him on the far left, I had to figure out the composition
I really really like this judge more than either set of lawyers lol

waiting with baited breath about the unsealing of the AA!
Lauren Scharf is doing a great job filling in the blanks!

Right now both the defense and the state are looking over the general discovery requests. No mention of the unsealing of the arrest affidavit yet.

I recommend going here and hitting refresh every few minutes:

She seems to be putting out the important stuff. Every now and then, someone posts her tweets here 10 minutes later, but why wait?

What? He didn't realize it was a memorial? What else would it be doing there? I thought it was near where the bike was found and there was an arrangement of rocks or other objects with it.

Kyles v. Whitley, 514 U.S. 419 (1995), is a United States Supreme Court case that held that a prosecutor has an affirmative duty to disclose evidence favorable to a defendant. This is the case #BarryMorphew defense is referring to.
