I don't think Barry wanted JP in Broomfield.

I think Barry needed JP NOT IN SALIDA.

JP saw too much!!!!

Patrick Frazee had a hit list that he created in prison. Those he wanted eliminated, others kidnapped -- to prevent them from testifying.

Why did Barry need MG, JP and CC as far away from Puma Path as he could quickly get them?

Clever he almost was.

Just like clever Patrick Frazee who was stunned with all the media attention -- they all seem to think these things blow over in 48 hours.

I think they miss the significance of the first 48 hours....

Methinks Barry thought he BOUGHT THEM. Bought their silence. For -- wait for it -- 48 HOURS!! Sitting in a hotel, with nothing to do besides being there, not here.

The inmate is going to LOVE when MG, JP and CC testify against him, IMO each of them used and/or discarded by Barry for hs own dark purposes. Props. For his personal use.

Unwitting players IMO --

Salida properties -- was Suzanne looking to move?!!!! Balled up? Somebody was ANGRY.

Was it REALLY "too soon" to appear publicly after that? -- or were we nursing chloride blisters and burned eyes? Bummer that.

Gonna go look more closely at the 26 second infomercial --

It's all coming together --

JMO

B-B-B-B- ingo!!

Why did BM need the bobcat bucket repaired by Saturday lunchtime, when MG didn’t mention that it was damaged when she smoothed the beach with it on Saturday morning?
Enquiring minds want to know!
ETA: what happened between 11am and 12

I think there was a cadaver dog hit at that job site by the riverbank if I recall. I’ve always felt as though BM was actually prepping that location or even perhaps smoothing over the location after doing something in the early morning hours of Saturday, and then he went back to that location Saturday PM to move SM from that location, when the neighbor heard the heavy machinery in the wee hours of sat/sun night but it’s unclear when the deed was actually committed (early sat am through Sunday). Can they just release the AA already?!

So did I hear correctly that the inspector showed up? Or is that confusion with the heavy accent or the transcription. If the inspector showed up then that would correlate with the contractor claiming to know that Barry intended to start that Broomfield repair. It doesn’t explain whose job it was to order new brick unless the thinking was they could use the existing brick and didn’t need more. I am trying to figure out if Broomfield was always part of a coverup plan going back weeks or just convenient timing.

In the video in this story around 4:28 MG says BM told her “ you guys are gonna have to wait till 1:00 to get the brick”.

But Barry had asked the crew to finish the job. So, they waited at the hotel for further instruction. Gentile said Barry called, distraught, on Monday morning around 8 a.m.

“He said like, Suzanne has gotten gotten attacked, or a mountain lion has got her,” Gentile said. He told Gentile they were going up the mountain to find his wife. He asked the crew to wait for a delivery of bricks, so they could finish the job they had traveled to Broomfield to do.

Gentile said they waited until Tuesday, but the material never arrived.

At 27:00 listen close, JP says "Salida real estate company brochures things, balled up with it"

What's that about?
If his mail is anything like mine, a couple of brochures or postcards with local agents announcing recent sales, active listings, or invitations to list arrives nearly daily. My guess is that those brochures were mass mailers like those.

Do hotels still have the brochure rack in their lobbies? Free travel/tourism maps and such. I could see HIE Broomfield having one with all the ski resorts nearby and whitewater rafting, etc. Perhaps BM picked up Salida real estate brochures while loitering around the
lobby making sure he’s on camera? Just a thought.

Yes but what about the inspector...they don’t come on the fly. They are usually scheduled. So someone knew that job was going to start on Monday. So the missing brick was a miss.

That hasn't been an issue. I think it's been resolved that Barry scheduled the job the Thursday before. Thing is Sunday isn't Monday, originally it was just going to be him and Morgan. Suppose he did something that should have been inspected Sunday? Begs the question. Why did Barry suddenly need to raise a crew on Saturday? Why was Barry even there in Broomfield Sunday and renting rooms? He went early to help them prep (?) but left no useful tools and that was after emptying his truck bed onto a hotel cart? Nothing rings true here other than orchestrating an alibi.

I can’t imagine why anyone would “go after Suzanne”. Even if it comes up that there were issues in their marriage that doesn’t necessarily mean much other than an opening to trade down from Murder 1 to the passion defense.
When I think of a husband/lover accused of murder "going after" his wife, I think of an effort to establish in the jury's mind that there is another intimate partner out there somewhere who maybe had motive and opportunity.

What could make it difficult for BM to "go after" SM in this or any other way is that during the extensive time he spent answering all LE's questions, neither the question of threats or a penchant for violence on her part, nor the issue of another intimate partner, came up. He was focused on alibi issues, not self defense or "other man" issues. Everything was perfect in their marriage according to his public statements.

If he wants to testify that it was self defense or another lover, his attorneys may resign...MOO

It sure sounds to me like there's some overwhelmingly DAMNING information in that AA. As I think we've all suspected for a year now.

So no AA yet.
According to the docket for BM's case, the last currently scheduled preliminary hearing is 8/24/21, so add 7 days per the order and that is 8/31/21 before the AA is made publicly available.

Noooooooo! Ugh I get it though.

I think he hit their PO Box on the way to Broomfield or if they had mail service emptied the box on his way out. The mail in the trash can I thought was pretty minor and of no consequence.
Other than to help prove he was in Broomfield and not Salida when his wife went missing on her "Bike ride"

but the comment about information that is likely not admissible as evidence (think, hearsay etc) gives me some pause.
Yes,at bottom of Page 4 it mentions witness credibility.
