Wonder if any one saw what he did to the Bobcat.Maybe the bobcat repair included a power washing....DSI surely does that with their heavy equipment?

I don't know how to forward a post from an old thread but I found a timeline by @OldCop (mentioned by @Error505). Copied below. It was posted in Thread #45, p. 12. Please educate me if this could be reposted a better way. Thx!
HERE YA GO:
"Suzanne Morphew Timeline as of 10/9/20
This timeline represents the period from 5/8/20-5/12/20, the dates which LE deemed most important regarding her disappearance. The information was compiled from CCSO press releases, MSM, permitted WS information such as PE broadcasts and the TD video, and with input from WS members. This is a floating timeline which is adjusted as new facts come to light.

-SM & BM are seen in a sandwich shop in Salida
I think they were singled out because the defense specifically highlighted concerns about them in their argument that the affidavit remain sealed. Barry knows what's in the Affidavit and he doesn't want his daughters hearing all the horrible details about what he did and all the lies he told. Keeping the affidavit sealed will give him a chance to "explain" things to them on his own time.
The judge did say that all victim's and witnesses rights should be protected, but I think the defendant is particularly concerned about his daughters, and the judge agreed.
If they are still in denial, or have believed the stories Barry has been telling them for so long, then learning the truth may come as a huge shock and they may need time to absorb all the information. Meanwhile, Suzanne's siblings have had almost a year.
Imo

Not suggesting that anyone was incompetent. Just saying that they would have had to dig that entire foundation up, and then dig all the soil to do the most thorough job.
The ground penetrating radar has its limitations.
No doubt they did the best they could, without destroying the foundation and significantly delaying the building of the house.
There has been many a search where a missing person's remains have been missed, and then discovered much later - in already-searched territory.
A couple of examples:
Missing woman's body found 28 years later, behind false wall - CNN
Daniel O'Keeffe: Family friend explains missing Geelong man's body was found in 'tight space', after death deemed not suspicious
It seems very strange to suddenly go finish a job after murdering your wife. With a missing wife, not completing the site would have been forgiven (if that was what was required), and daylight hours would seem more appropriate to complete a job. Given noise restrictions.
However, no one else knew SUZANNE was missing until Sunday evening.
And if BM was supposed to have his part of the Salida house project finished that weekend, since it sounds like he was to be in Broomfield for the wall job on Monday, then he had to really scramble after killing SUZANNE.
Poor BM. No wonder he was frustrated and angry with the world. His weekend and murder plans were shot to heck, and it was all SUZANNE’s fault. (Please read with your sarcastic voice.)
I, too, agree with others who feel the AA is damning to BM, which makes me very glad for the pursuit of justice for SUZANNE.
Good point. He had deadlines so a quantity of work needed to get done, but he did not work during work hours, so something displaced it.True. But he knew, and that's all that really matters with regard to his movements/activities.
And if he couldn't work on Sunday - due to noise restrictions - I am pretty sure he couldn't work at 11:30pm on Saturday night either.
He could work on Saturday afternoon though, which he chose not to do.
They have a right to read it themselves or decide not to, but eventually all the information is going to come out. I would think eventually they will want to read it and BM won't have the ability to stop them. ImoSounds like it lets BM continue to be their source of information.
Maybe they have & that's why they were not in court or on WebEx for the May 27 status conference? Unlikely but conceivable? They have a right to read it themselves or decide not to, but eventually all the information is going to come out. Yes, there was a story about sandwiches or takeout Friday, but was never confirmed by anyone. No reported sightings of SM with the exception of the bicycle repair shop Thursday, May 7, confirmed by LS via an email iirc. I’ll find the link and add it.sbm
I’m not sure if I can locate the info to cite, but, iirc, when the sandwich story first came out, it supposedly happened on Friday. Anyone else remember this, or am I mistaken?
Here's some raw footage from 9 news of the river house and it shows the little area they are calling the "beach area". It does a good job of giving context to both the use of the word "beach", the proximity of the neighbors, the equipment that was on the property and work done so far.
I think it's possible. That would explain them needing more time to process the information before the news hits the media, especially if they believed their father all this time.Maybe they have & that's why they were not in court or on WebEx for the May 27 status conference? Unlikely but conceivable?
Help me @MsBetsy please. I’m confused. The daughters can read the AA once released to the public but not right now, correct. There’s so much legal angles to keep straight. I just want to know I’m understanding correctly. They have a right to read it themselves or decide not to, but eventually all the information is going to come out. I would think eventually they will want to read it and BM won't have the ability to stop them. Imo
I'm pretty sure they can read it now because they are considered involved parties, even though the AA is sealed from the public. Someone else may have to clarify, but as part of the Victim's Rights Act, I think the immediate family has access to the court documents. ImoHelp me @MsBetsy please. I’m confused. From the linked article:
“Only judges, court staff, parties to the case, and other authorized Judicial Department staff shall have access to the original court record.”
Judge files order keeping arrest affidavit for Barry Morphew sealed | FOX21 News Colorado
Am I reading this right? MOO
My belief is if it is ever released it will be heavily redacted but perhaps they will get access earlier...that was not totally clear in the judges orders and they were not in the list he included of people who would have access. I would not know if they would be considered "parties to the case".They have a right to read it themselves or decide not to, but eventually all the information is going to come out. Yes. Because the law and the facts support their position. So the defendants wishes prevail.
