What Happened?
Did auto-correct go rogue  or does blame lie elsewhere? Because it was so late I was too sleepy to notice, I'll say the Sandman went wild, describing some trusts as "testimonial." My apologies.

... LLC...
Many LLCs are established by couples who want to pass real est, other assets, or their entire estates to their offspring, while avoiding fed estate & gift tax which may be incurred, if transfers are made by other means. Ex: thru wills probated in court after their deaths, thru living trusts or testamentary trusts...

I admire him though for sticking to his guns, almost from day one. His gut knew that BM had murdered his wife (in his opinion, ofc) and he never strayed from his mission to bring that home. And now here we are, with BM arrested for murder and locked up.

JMO
He also flat our said he's not "impressed" with the defense team so yes you are right, he's sticking to his guns for sure. And I can give him credit for that, it's his position yes.

Anyone know who his jail visitors are, if any?

I wonder how many female fans BM has these days. For an insecure gal with hybristophilia he'd be the perfect boyfriend...knowing where he is at all times. A perfect "Clyde" for those "Bonnies" out there.

I too enjoyed @al66pine post. The "Research for short story he's writing" is currently in play in Texas...not going so well, he was indicted.

Hutto teacher's husband accused in her disappearance, blood found
Good to know blood evidence was found along with the husband’s confession (he claimed he was writing for a story). Wanting a new life so just murder the current wife and start over. They’re all alike. Million dollar bond he’ll not be getting out to pull a Fotis Dulos. What can ever be done to stop this violence? MOO

From what I can gather, the body is believed to be that of a male.

Besides that, and sorry to be morbid, Suzanne’s remains would be bones by now.

I doubt that very much could be gleaned from SM’s remains now if they ever are found. As long as “God-loving hubby”, BM, keeps his mouth shut, she probably won’t be found. You won’t be forgotten, SM. Justice needs to hurry! MOO

They feel they can prove he planned to do this, and it wasn’t Barry losing his temper and murdering Suzanne.

There has to be something strong here:

He talked about it beforehand with a witness.

His web searches indicate he prepared to murder Suzanne.

He made purchases beforehand that they can link to the crime.

He disabled security cameras prior to this occurring.

Maybe it’s a combination.

I still like throwing in the possibility that Suzanne's DNA was mysteriously missing from some part of the house where it ought to have been - and instead, it was cleaned up recently.

OTOH, there's a strong chance they could have found blood cells somewhere they ought not to be (washing machine, drain, etc)

Even with bleach, something may have survived. Bleach isn't the best compound for destroying DNA (nor is soap).

He also sold his truck right afterward, although it's likely CCSO had already collected evidence from it - he wanted to distance himself from it, just like the house. I predict the GPS chip recorded all of his movements that weekend (and show him doing various things that he lied to police about - they'll be able to do a nifty chart that would convince anyone that he was lying).

I would not be mad if Chris M. decided to drop by and finally get his chat with Barry. :D

I'm sure Chris would be denied a visit by him, though. Barry comes across as the type of man who hates other men that he perceives to be smarter than him, and stays far away from conversation with them.

Absolutely! You hit that nail on the head.

Let him keep his mouth shut, I think SUZANNE’s remains will be found anyway.

Fossil hunter, mushroom hunter, deer hunter, hiker, biker, missing person searcher, SUZANNE herself becoming exposed from the hiding place, whomever—her remains will show up.

I hope BM is haunted by SUZANNE’s eternal spirit. She’s going to lead someone to her.

Really good post! I think we will be surprised at what DA Stanley & prosecutors have. I’m even thought about BM wiping all the prints off her helmet that was recovered! Wouldn’t that be a stunner? What kind of abductor would do that? MOO

I am going to have to block out my day on August 9th. If anyone can provide an outline as to how the prelim unfolds, it would be much appreciated.

So the goal of the prosecution will be to prove to the judge that there is enough evidence to move forward to trial.

Investigators will be called to the stand, and they will walk us through the evidence (via prosecution questioning).

In the Frazee prelim, two investigators testified to things like witness accounts, cell phone and video evidence, as well as some of the physical evidence.

The defense was afforded the opportunity to cross examine these witnesses after each piece of evidence was discussed.

At the end of that one, the judge ruled that there was enough evidence, and ordered the defendant held without bail until trial.

I expect this prelim to be a larger version of that, with more witnesses, and it of course taking place over multiple days instead of the typical one.

We should see an EMC order in the next couple of weeks that will let us know how this will be covered (live tweets, etc), and if it will be broadcast on WebEx.

Here’s the Frazee one for guidance. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.ko...r-in-court-for-preliminary-hearing/?_amp=true

After reading the Frazee prelim, August 9th should be the day where we learn how Barry ended up behind bars, right? For some reason, I thought the prelim would start with a bunch of housekeeping issues and we would be waiting for the AA to understand exactly what went down. Somebody please burst my bubble but I’m thinking that either virtually or through a series of tweets (or even periodic reporting outside the courtroom), August 9 will give us much of the information that we have been filling up threads wondering about.

The prelim usually includes all the evidence within the AA, and quite a bit more. This one should be no different, with the exception of some of the questionable inclusions being left out.

We’ll learn exactly how law enforcement believes this went down.

This is scheduled to be a several day affair, so we won’t get everything on day one. We’ll get a lot though.

I’ve never looked forward to a preliminary hearing as much as this one.
