First witness to the stand is Commander Alex Walker with the Chaffee County Sheriff's Office. He is going over the moments #SuzanneMorphew was reported missing. He says one of her daughters reached out to a neighbor saying they had not heard from their mom. Neighbor called police

DA shows Commander a flash drive that contains body cam footage of the moment they found #SuzanneMorphew bike. The commander says there were no disturbances in the soil next to her bike and no blood found at the scene.

The deputy starts yelling for Suzanne in the video as they approach the bike. The bike's front wheel is facing down the side of the hill. The deputy asks for Barry to be called to describe the bike.

Court is now watching body worn camera video of a deputy finding the mountain bike. Deputy can be heard on camera calling out Suzanne's name while searching through wooded area. Barry seems to be looking straight ahead and watching video in court, writing notes to lawyers.

Deputy Brown found the bicycle shortly after getting notified of Suzanne Missing. He immediately put on his body warn camera when he got to Highway 50 and County Road 225. Noted no blood, skidmarks, brake marks, no struggle, no damage to the bicycl
