Barry tried texting and calling Suzanne, but did not call police. Barry mentioned to deputies that he was worried about a mountain lion attack when he got home. Barry told deputies Suzanne was new to mountain biking but had been riding a lot lately.

Dru Nielsen- #BarryMorphew attorney is now questioning the Commander. She's asking about the arrest affidavit. To note-- this affidavit has been sealed and not released. It is 129 pages and took weeks to write as they compiled information.

A is the Puma Path home address.
Salida is where the job site was dug up.
Poncha Springs is where the market where BM was digging around in the trash. And the tower where her phone pinged. And where BM moved to a condo.

Neilsen is now cross-examining Walker. She asked if he authorized the arrest-affidavit the 129-pages. It took him weeks to write. She asked when he started writing the affidavit but doesn't know when he started.

During an interview with Morphew, Walker said Barry mentioned that Suzanne was biking regularly but was new to it.

According to this tweet, Miles and his father told deputies what she MAY have been wearing, not what she was last seen in. I honestly think the daughter was worried, texted her boyfriend and he took his dad with him to come check on Suzanne. JMO

Less than 2 hours in and BM is dumber than I could have ever imagined and I thought he was really dumb.

I can only Imagine the mountain of evidence against him. Her phone pings as 4am in Poncha Springs. I suspect the phone or parts of it might be found at the FBI dig site (BM job)

and he staged the worst bike accident ever, somehow didn’t include her camelback or sun glasses. And then ditches the helmet about a mile away.

He also arrives home and immediately starts throwing out multiple what of scenarios about his wife being dead.
