Another setback as defense argues they need more time with the commander and they believe they aren't getting a fair amount of time. Nielsen concludes questioning and says she will save the rest of her questions for when they call the commander back.

I do hope that the DA can start presenting some more definitive evidence. Defense has sort of high jacked the proceeding thus far. Just doing their job but this is about presentation of evidence and DA needs to be able to get it on the record. This isn’t a trial.

This hearing is not a trial. The Defense intent all along was to drop as much uncorroborated, unproven info as possible in the next two days (probably not admissible in the trial)! They know that the public will recall this early information over anything presented in trial. This is where conspiracies are born -- especially after BM is convicted! MOO

Sheila was contacted by Mallory a few days after Suzanne went missing. When the investigator heard from Barry that the night before she went missing they had a perfect night. Sheila told investigators that Suzanne and Barry hadn't had a perfect night in over a year and a half.
