... he spoke to her on May 6 and didn't think it was important to speak to the police when she disappeared days later?

Looks like a cowardly decision or it could be that he didn't want to tarnish Suzanne's name after her death or he would have thought Barry would be the suspect and the body would be found soon and make it a watertight case or he had more to lose in coming out. <modsnip>

Agent Harris said that Holly Willson (friend of Suzanne's) would record conversations with Barry. Investigators played the audio of Suzanne and Jeff from the spy pen to try to see if they knew who this man was. They had heard the convo but didn't know the depth of relationship.

Early the prosecution said that the last known time Suzanne was alive was 2:47 on 5/9.

I thought that was the last activity on her phone. Was that the last time it pinged off the nearby cell tower? Maybe it was powered off at that time? Or was that right after she communicated with JR?

Video lasted about 10min. Commander Walker says deputies asked dispatch to ping Suzanne's phone. Last activity came back at 4:23am on May 10 to Poncha Springs tower, early in the morning the day she went missing.

I think the 2:47 pm on Saturday until 5:57 am on Sunday they say he is disposing of evidence, therefore she must be dead by then,
4:30 am on Sunday was last phone ping.

Nielsen reads the prosecution's theory from the 129 pg Arrest Warrant Affidavit that investigators used Morphew's Telematix report on his truck that "From 247 pm 5/9 until 537 am 5/10 he took steps to dispose of evidence of Suzanne’s disappearance and death."
