How would Suzanne know a stand up guy if she saw one? She started with Barry...this guy is a lightweight in comparison...and certainly not chock full of integrity....but he apparently tickled her ears....very sad for her she never had that right relationship that she obviously wanted.

I think Suzanne fell for BM when she was so very young, and having cancer probably made her feel even more vulnerable making it even easier for him to love bomb her and sweep her off her feet.

What about the helmet, any fingerprints? I did not ever read anything on that, only the ICO information written on the inside.
Wonder when (as in day) the 5 hour phone Convo was recorded on SP... Someone was deleting and saving recordings, seems like that would have been one to delete?

Edited: nevermind, just thought about maybe that was one of the files deleted that was recovered..?

Can you imagine him just following all the news about Suzanne missing? Wonder if he was torn about whether or not to go to LE, or if he decided right away not to get involved and hope no one would find out.

I think Jeff had an idea just how unstable Barry was...and was concerned about his own health and safety and possibly that of his own family....What was Barry capable of? Skys the limit.

If they go there, I'd say that she must be Superwoman. She has cancer and is going through treatment. Yet, she finds the time and strength to have multiple affairs along with all of her other commitments. Nope...Won't fly in my book.

Obviously JMO, but as to why SM would record her convos with JL… in some of the earlier texts between SM and SO, SM texted that BM wanted to be the good guy for SM to be the bad guy. She also texted they she wished that BM would get tired of her and let her out of the marriage (not a direct quote but close, iirc). What is she considered letting BM find out so he would leave her, but then she thought better of it or was too scared to do it.

Defense says #SuzanneMorphew used her friend Sheila as an excuse to go see Jeff Libler. Says she would tell #BarryMorphew she was going to have a girls weekend. She took one trip to New Orleans and surprised Libler. She allegedly told her husband and friend she was going alone.

I was wondering the same thing. An external recording device that is voice activated would only pick up SM's voice unless he was on speaker...

I don't have an answer but I have a bunch more questions. I do not question SM and her actions. She lived a tormented life.

Why do you think five hours of conversation was recorded and not deleted on her spy pen?

I question JL and I blame BM.

I may have to cancel everything that keeps me from being tethered to Twitter tomorrow!

I agree. However, that's why he should have contacted the Sheriff. I really think that he went into self-preservation mode.

I would think he was worried about losing both his family...and his own life if he thought Barry might find out....That too must have been on his mind since Barry was not under arrest until May.

But why wasn't he most concerned about someone he loved? How could he compartmentalize this? I can't wrap my brain around it. Just pretend tomorrow she never existed?

A mom with 2 daughters is always texting and using other means of social media to keep up with them. Something must have happened shortly after that Linked In conversation for her phone and online presence to suddenly end after that communication.

At the very least, and IMO, JL knew Suzanne was in love with him and that she was afraid of BM. Alarm bells had to have gone off when he found out that she vanished. The right thing to do would have been to come clean with his family and then contact LE.

I have said since the first thread I believe BM walked up while she was on a computer and then the events transpired. He saw, heard or read something that sent him over the proverbial edge.

I have seen this happen by a narcissistic parent more times than once. They do not care what kind of damage that they do to the children. It's all about using the kids as weapons and being seen as the victim.

I believe we're back up and running again. In 2019, Suzanne saw Libler twice and they traveled around the county. Defense attorney Eytan said in February 2020, Suzanne went to see her dad in Florida. Libler was with her at the time for a "secret rendezvous," Eytan said.
