Still a wonder- why would the person she was having an affair with not have come forward much earlier... (or did he?)

It's possible JL initially thought she had jumped at some opportunity and escaped from BM, holed up somewhere, and would get back in touch once she could. He wouldn't have immediately known she was missing/dead.

TARP funds were to pay employees. There is a difference between personal and business assets.

I am well aware of the difference, thanks but Barry didn't really have any "employees", more like day laborers IMO.

Yes, I am now completely comfortable with motive. That text message from Suzanne to Barry on the 6th makes it clear to me that she was making moves. Hopefully they start on the timeline with the next witness.

On May 6, Text message from #SuzanneMorphew to #BarryMorphew said, "I’m done. I could care less about what you’ve been up to for years. We need to figure this out civilly."
When the victim leaves a DV relationship is by far the most dangerous time, in terms of lethality (being murdered). Period, full stop. This motive fits completely with the overwhelming research evidence. NCADV | National Coalition Against Domestic Violence

I feel like they are wasting too much time on the dating website and 🤬🤬🤬🤬 etc stuff... I haven/t actually seen a whole lot of hard evidence right now and that makes me kinda nervous. Let's see some more concrete evidence of the crime and cover up. I think we have come close to establishing motive.

MOO it's not a waste of time to dispel "I am just a good guy" and get the scales of character back to even.

When the D is objecting it is good.

Yesterdays news just made me so angry, sad, and hopeless. Idk exactly why. I hate getting emotionally involved in these cases I archive.
It was a very sad day for me as well. Lots of emotions I wasn’t prepared for. Lots of anger. Feel better Amanda

Agent Grusing certainly had the skills to interview B.M.

Agent Grusing has worked a lot of no-body homicide cases. The Chaffee County Sheriff's Office asked him to interview #BarryMorphew because of his behavioral analyst experience.

He worked in the Denver Office since Sept. 1996. He has terrorism matter experience as well as violent crime matters until his retirement two weeks ago.
