Has anyone seen mention of an actual "tranquilizer dart gun" being at the house? Maybe if he didn't use the 22 he dismantled the dart gun and threw pieces away in various places.

I don't even want to think it let alone type it but when it was said that he was moving around the house it certainly did make me wonder if she saw him, saw him carrying whatever weapon he used to fire the tranq dart, and she ran. And he chased her down and shot her with it.

I can't even imagine what the Morphew girls are thinking right now. I can't even get over the cruelty of it, or the horror Suzanne must have felt.

No way. I’m convinced he disposed of her body the night before, during the period of time his phone was on airplane mode. He must have had a spot already picked out, as he was seemingly following a playbook (phone on airplane, truck reboot).

There was a stunning level of planning here. Fortunately plans frequently go awry, and he didn’t put as much thought into his alibi as phase 1 (murder, disposal).

Anecdotally, that seems to be pretty common.

That’s my fear…and that’s why her remains have not been found. Because they are buried in a landfill somewhere under mounds of garbage. Did he tranquilizer her, take her to the woods, murder her in some horrific manner, dismember her like a deer and seal her body in different bags, possibly put those different bags into the tree container and then drive around and throw his wife of 25 years and mother of his children out with the trash?! Diabolical, disgusting, evil man.
I want to know if the tree container was thrown away last. All speculation & MOO.

I think he tranquilized her, smothered her, and then dumped her in a predetermined location.

He got rid of the boots and clothing because he knew that soil testing could perhaps allow LE to hone in on that location.

No dismemberment, no blood.

Overjoyed that BM only performed 10-15 mins of work at the retaining wall on Sunday. Exactly what we were told by MG. So much for important work that required leaving town on Mother's Day!

That's what MG said, although she estimated the work he did to have not taken more than 20 minutes. He was in a hurry to go nowhere fast.

I can’t believe he tranqued her. But then again, he’s a hunter. Talk about premeditation. He didn’t want blood evidence at the scene, or signs of a struggle. So he used what he does best, his hunting skills to subdue her without her even knowing it was coming. Then on to murder.

MOO, but those darts came from somewhere. Either he bought them himself at some point or someone else did and provided them to him. No doubt LE has thoroughly investigated the source of those tranqs. Tying them back to anyone else could lead to a material witness.

Do we know if BM tell LE that he had been shooting chipmunks with tranquilizer darts from his 22 on Mothers' Day?

That probably came from me, I saw him mention the 22 in one tweet, and the tranquilizer cap mentioned in another tweet, and that he said he shoots chipmonks, 85 of them so far. Somehow I came up with shooting the chipmonks with the tranquilizers, which is why I said it was ridiculous.

He knew when he received the arrest warrant and he knew when on April 25, the DA showed him the principal evidence.

And then of course, he discussed it with his attorneys. Recall that he had public defenders at first then switched.

I was Just thinking of the partial print found on her glove compartment of her car that was not BMs...... and then a bus station is thrown into the mix....

So, think the spy pen evidence is done? IF there was any noises or voices recorded, would that have been brought up when talking about BMs phone and truck?

You could shoot somewhere anywhere with a tranquilizer gun. The evidence left behind would be the dart, its cap, the puncture wound on the victim and the drug in their system.
