The disposition of "Joe Cool" will change when the Judge binds him over for trial with NO BOND.

Cannot wait for that moment...

If Barry had $70k in cash in his safe, why did he feel the need to apply for a questionable Covid Relief loan?

Attorney Eytan is speaking to Agent Harris about #BarryMorphew safe in the garage. That it was searched. Eytan is claiming that #SuzanneMorphew took $70,000. The state is objecting. The judge allows her to continue.
@Knox - I won't duplicate lauren's. Thanks

Agent Harris said that #SuzanneMorphew would use FindmyIphone app and track #BarryMorphew. He would sometimes put it his phone on Airplane mode to avoid this.

If he told LE he put the phone in airplane mode was that to set up that they would find he did that during the critical time when she first went missing? Only way he would admit that is a cya for something. IMO

I wish they would move on from this, its wasting valuable time.

I’ve never watched a PH before so I wasn’t aware that the defense could open questions with witnesses regarding the AA. I thought they only got to rebut after the state questioned the witness. It just seems that the defense has a lot of time and a lot of leeway and that concerns me. As in, how can the state prove its case if they don’t get adequate floor time?

The money in the safe was theirs, not his. I would like to slap his arrogant face. By the way, it was really hers! $500k of it too.

This feels like a trial. We need the preliminary first.

ITA, starting to get genuinely concerned here. JMO
