So then, for those who follow cases and know how this little game works, what exactly is the defense's strategy bringing all this up? I mean other than to bash Suzanne and make Barry look like a poor victim.

That’s what I would expect. No way would Barry have gotten physical in front of them.

Them being witnesses to the arguments offers support for Suzanne’s texts.

Attorney Eytan is asking Agent Harris about what Miles Harvey had told investigators about #Barrymorphew and #SuzanneMorphew marriage "not being perfect." Miles said he was a workaholic and wasn't home enough. Didn't hear that Barry was physically abusive.

Suzanne is not responsible for her own murder.

Barry is classless, IMO solidly behind trying to make Suzanne look bad.

Children see it and partners justify the abuse to them. That is why it continues from generation to generation.

Are they doing this because they are trying to delay what the prosecution is going to lay out next and they want to cement Barry's image as the wronged and much maligned spouse?
